I stayed in this unit from January 16-31st, 2026. This was a very nice place and great location in the Romantic Zone. It is a corner unit that has a nice view (partial obstruction from other buildings in front) of the ocean from the balcony. There's not much balcony privacy because of other nearby units directly across. It was clean with the exception of he bathroom floor mat. You do get a great view of the ocean from the pool area located on the second floor. The unit was well stocked with kitchen supplies (utensils, cooking ware, knifes, etc). Be advised that it has a washer and dryer, but controls were all in Spanish, and I saw no translation information about it. There were also 3 different remotes at the TV but no instructions about them.
The staff at the Nayri were friendly and I had little issues communicating with them in English. I was confused on whether concierge was the building staff or PV Getaways. Although PV Getaways sends you emails if there's anything they can do to improve your stay, they are not very responsive other than sending you brochures from other tourest companies. I had to get most of my travel/tourest information from street vendors. I even went to PV Getaways offfice to see if they received my email requesting information. The women's response there was they did receive it but they actually work with other compnies to provide tourist information. They never did get back to me. Consequently, I gave this place a four star rating instead of 5.
