Enjoy the beautiful view from this 1 bedroom apartment, where you will feel at home away from home. Located just a few steps from the famous Los Muertos Beach and in the privileged Romantic Zone of PV, surrounded by restaurants, bars, stores, you will not miss anything.The apartment is fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes, and enjoy the sunset from your private terrace.

WELCOME
The Concierge staff will be waiting for you upon arrival to welcome you and give you the key to the apartment. It is important to contact us before your trip to let the condominium know the estimated time, otherwise there will be no one to receive you and give you your key.

At the moment, the jacuzzi and the pool are under maintenance. Please take this into consideration when making your reservation.

The condo is Centrally l located, which is nice. There was no one there to greet us and the people at the door had no clue about our reservation. We waited about 45 minutes to figure it out once we called the Condo representative. We got in immediately and he was very nice and actually showed up in person. The two jugs of water in the refrigerator were obviously not new. They had been opened and more than likely filled only with tapwater. That really annoyed me. The bed linens were badly stained and the sheets were 100% polyester. The glasses in the cabinet were visibly dirty. There were also two large cockroaches over a five day stay. The air conditioner was so loud in the bedroom that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. That part was terrible.

First time in PV

Great location! We loved this unit it had everything we needed and was a great home base in the Romantic Zone. Looking forward to returning. The rooftop pool was wonderful for nightly sunset viewing and swimming. Nice staff too.

Spectacular set up and amazing amenities both inside and out of the condo.Grilling out and cooking in was a great option to have. The rooftop patio, pool and gym were breathtaking, clean, well maintained and easily accessible. Security 24/7 was very helpful and pleasant. We felt very safe and comfortable.

Wonderful condo and location is great.

The condo has all the perks of home. Located near everything you need for a great vacation experience. Security as good and the staff are friendly and helpful if you need anything.
