Enter this home and be immediately drawn in by spectacular décor and beach breezes. Whether in the living area or the bedrooms, you’ll be constantly delighted with panoramic views. Modern & stylish, it offers a resort experience with the comforts of home. Guests have access to Grand Venetian pools, hot tubs, beach bar & restaurant, fully equipped gym, tennis courts, movie room, spa, business center, and private underground parking.

The beautiful master bedroom is surrounded by 180 degree views of the mountains and ocean. Sleep on the comfortable king-sized bed and wake up to the sound of waves. The master bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom with more than enough plush towels.

The guest bedroom, with two full-sized beds, has a balcony of its own with a view of the mountains and the new shopping mall development of La Isla. This room also has a connecting bathroom with shower.

Enjoy preparing your meals in the fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all the pots, pans and cooking utensils needed to prepare a delicious meal. You can eat on top of barstools at the bar or make your way to the dining table to seat up to 8 people at once.

The living area features a dining table that seats up to 8 people, a large and comfy couch and Smart TV for entertainment purposes. Netflix, Youtube and Claro Video come preloaded for your enjoyment. Sit on comfortable lounge chairs on the balcony, sipping wine, and enjoying spectacular sunset views.

Your stay includes the consumption of 45 watts of electricity per day. Any excess will be charged at an additional cost of USD$0.50/watt.

First time staying at the Grand Venetian. We enjoyed the facilities. Several pools to choose from, although you have to get there early to get seats. Onsite restaurant was good for poolside food and drinks. Good views from the unit. There is a dance club next door that played loud music over the weekend. Otherwise, a great stay. We’ll be back!

Looks are deceiving

Nice beachy vibe and well decorated. However unit is not outfitted well - few dishes, old utensils old stained drying towels, bath towels are not luxury as described, furniture uncomfortable. Unreasonable to be expected to buy garbage bags, paper towels, kleenex and dishwasher soap , leaving behind stock for the owner. Complex, however is beautiful and well maintained.

Family Holiday in PV

We had a wonderful holiday at Maria’s condo in the Grand Venetian. The property has multiple pools with no shortage of chairs. Some are warmer temperatures which the kids loved! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and spacious. The one downside would be that it lacked basics like hand soap, dishwashing/dishwasher/laundry detergent but those can be picked up at any of the grocery stores within a 10min walk or Uber ride The Grand Venetian itself is very secure and we felt safe the entire time. It’s located beside an outdoor shopping plaza and right across from 3 great restaurants. The restaurant inside the grand Venetian is very convenient and reasonably priced too! We can’t wait to come back!

Radio Silence

We have stayed at the Grand Venetian many times and are very familiar with the property. While the property manager, prior to our arrival, was very responsive after we checked in it became radio silence. I texted, phoned and emailed for two days without any response to a very simple question. What was the internet password? The downstairs unit developed a leak that was coming from our unit’s shower, both myself and the downstairs unit owner had repeatedly tried to contact them with no response again. Other than communication woes, the unit is great.

Expériences de vacances en Condo

Beau condo, grands espaces ,beaucoup de rangement, bien meublé ,bien situé ,vue magnifique , grand balcon..la literie et les serviettes sont tachés et usés, devrait être remplacé La propreté des salles de bain, de la laveuse à linge ( vêtements tachés par la rouille ) des planchers laissait à désirer.. La musique du Beach club très forte et dérangeante à partir de 17h mais arrête à 21h presque tous les soirs....Malgré tout très agréable séjour de 5 semaines..

Loved the property, not great beachfront

The description failed to mention you are literally next to a river connecting to the ocean right on the property's beachfront. the river's water is very muddy and creates rough waves. we also saw an alligator at river, making me a little nervous about our beachfront. Again, the property was awesome, pools are great and restaurant food was really good. this is perfect if you don't plan to swim in the ocean

Beautiful spacious condo

The Grand Venetian has the best of both worlds there in PV. Close enough to the downtown action with a quick taxi ride but huge new condo with 5 pools and swimmable beach, you will not find that downtown. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Grand Venetian restaurant was good with great poolside service! Condo was beautiful with an amazing view. No negatives on our entire stay! Will stay here again next year ✅

Our condo had the minimum of amenities. we had to purchase water,toilet paper, soaps and pay for maid service.It said cable tv it didn't have cable. i am complaining because all of the people i talked to in other condos had all of these amenities free of charge. the view from the condo was beautiful but then again all the other condos have nice views. i will be coming back to the GV but not at this condo.

PV November

We liked the room but because we did not meet the manager, we did not know a second bathroom existed. The afternoon noise coming from the beach club made the west balcony unusable. The taxi hail was excellent. The pools were very nice however the poolside food and beverage service were quite slow. The view from the condo was great and the VRBO listing represented the facility very fairly. Because of the noise, we would not stay here again.

Gran Venetian is amazing - unit is clean and happy feeling

The Gran Venetian is an amazing property - I have stayed here many times. This particular unit is decorated well - could have a cozier living room seating area but they may work on that. The balconies in this particular tower (tower 3) seem to get a cross wind that the other towers don't get so that made enjoying cocktail hour on the balcony a little difficult (more chairs and more comfortable chairs out there could help too). It was helpful that I was familiar with the complex as the property manager didn't meet me at the unit, simply texted me the code for the door, the safe etc. I did have to ask for dish soap and dishwasher detergent which took a few days to arrive - providing these things helps to keep the unit clean ;). Also, for my weeks stay we ran out of toilet paper and was told that was not provided - something that totally should be provided for a week long stay (i.e. not long term) and for the price. The owner was responsive to my comments. It takes a village!
