Beautifully recently renovated 2,700 sq. ft, modern designer style luxury condo in one of the most prestigious building in Puerto Vallarta, with fantastic views over the Bay where you can look at the nightly fireworks!

The condo has its own private plunge pool on the balcony making it the best place to relax and indulge!

Open and spacious Italian kitchen, elegant dining room, living room, and Den TV Room all facing the open balcony, that includes a seating area, lounge and pool chairs, next to the luxurious warm private plunge pool.

Gorgeous spacious master bedroom with access to the pool, work desk and TV area with brand new 65’ 4K Samsung Smart TV, next to the luxurious master bathroom.

Guest bedroom with complete elegant bathroom that can be set with one king or 2 single beds, with complete elegant bathroom.

The Condo is set up as a Smart Home so you will be able to turn lights on and off and the AC, through Amazon Echo, with Alexa.

Perfectly located at the top of the hill, 5 minutes in Uber from the Romantic Zone and Downtown, 35 minutes from the Airport at one of the most prestigious and luxurious condo resorts in the heart of Puerto Vallarta.

Including in your stay, you will have one day maid service during your stay, water, sodas beer.

There will be someone from the Admin Company waiting for you upon check in and available through your stay in case you need something.

The condo is located 5 minutes away (2.50 Usd in Uber) from the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone, full of incredible restaurants bars and clubs.

Amazing

Beautiful condo! Great view, clean, comfortable, secure and very friendly staff. When we arrived, Alfredo the manger was great, he showed us how everything works in the condo. We had groceries delivered and everything was there when we arrived. The only sight downside: 1) The balcony did not get sun until 4pm, but we just went to one of the beautiful pools. 2) The condo is way up on the hill, so if you don’t want to walk up or down a steep hill to town you can get a cab. Only 5 US dollarsHighly recommended

Absolutely Amazing

Our stay at Avalon 406 was amazing! This was the most luxurious place my wife and I have ever stayed and the pictures don't do it full justice. The place was fully stocked with everything you need and it was very private. The Amapas neighborhood is a great location for those that want quiet at night but also want to be close to Zona Romantica. I highly recommend this place and we are already planning our return!

Nicest VRBO ever

We travel to Mexico three to five times a year and always stay at VRBOs. We have seen the really nice, the good and the ugly.This was one of the nicest stays we have had. Pictures were accurate. Way nicer than a normal condo with tons of upgrades; stone work, appliances, bathrooms, super nice TVs, etc. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook including spices. Manager and Owner were both responsive when we had a couple initial questions. Above all else the view was just incredible from higher up on the high. And yes uber's were readily available for 3-6 into the RZ.Highest complement we can give is "we will be back".

Luxury in Amapas

We’ve stayed at Avalon many times in PV. This is a great unit in an awesome building. I love that it’s a smart home. Tell Alexa to turn on the fountain? Yes please! Dip in the pool on the balcony? Ok twist my arm. Super-easy Uber ride to the beach or in town (like 4 min wait easy.)

Be ready for excellence. This does not disappoint!

We were looking for a vacation that had luxury, personalization, and the best of hospitality in PV without the "commercialization" or "tourist" feeling to it. This checked all boxes x100!!! PV is an amazing, beautiful community filled with incredible history, stories, landscapes, beaches, artwork, dining, etc. Jorge, Alfredo, and Paolo allowed our family to to experience all of this with exceptional warmth and welcoming. The condo is designed for any guest to experience serenity, peace, refreshment, and joy - all one wants from a vacation. The attentiveness to creating a space of feeling welcome, details to every aspect of comfort, and responsiveness to any inquiries and needs in the moment were first-class. I mean that. We had everything we needed and more! We are already planning our next trip back to PV, and we will definitely be staying here.

Wonderful apartment and vacation

We spent a week at the apartment over New Years. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped. Check in process was easy. Jorge (the owner) and Alfredo (local) were very responsive and we felt well taken care of. It was a perfect vacation.

Just perfect!

The property was immaculate and had every imaginable want and need addressed. Beds and bedding were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you would need to cook if you wanted to. (We went out for every meal, the food in PV is delicious.) The building staff were friendly and helpful with any request or question. The balcony pool... oh, the balcony pool! It was warm and welcoming with the most beautiful view of the bay, I wanted to bring it home with us. You don't need a car and I would advise against it because of the somewhat steep and winding road up and down from ZR. Uber's are no longer than a 5-6 minute wait and cabs are accessible was well. Other guests have indicated the walk down is easy but the walk up is a challenge but one trip up by car made it clear we would be using car services. Fredys Tucan is great for breakfast and if tacos are you thing there is taco place Los Molcajetes, directly across the street that is amazing. If you want to eat some night there is an empanada restaurant that delivers through Uber, Che Vallarta, that had the most amazing empanadas, must have. And for early morning pastries you should try Eulo's bakery. Jorge delivers on every front to give us an amazing week in PV, thank you!

Book It! Thats all you need to know.

Hands down best VRBO property and experience we have ever had. Host and property manager were super responsive. Jorge and Alfredo were on point with their recommendations of places to eat and things to do. We even had them shop for us before our arrival. Which was a huge bonus on our part. It was nice to check in and already have everything we needed in the fridge and pantry. The pictures don't do it justice. Its high end and super nice for the price. The plunge pool was a perfect and the views are incredible from this property. We couldn't find one single complaint. You can't go wrong with this one and we will be booking it again for sure.

Avalon 406 - 5 Star Luxury Accommodation

This unit is a well managed, top notch condo in a great location. We have been to PV many times and always stayed in luxury resorts. We were apprehensive that a private condo wouldn't feel as luxurious or feel as well appointed. Jorge's place exceeded our expectations and now we can't imagine staying anywhere else. The condo is tastefully decorated and well stocked, the views are breathtaking and the plunge pool is truly decadent. Jorge, the owner, was very responsive to our initial queries and the booking process was seamless. Alfredo, the property manager, greeted us upon our arrival and was so friendly and professional. All staff on the property were very friendly and helpful as well. With Alfredo's help, we hired Chef Benjamin to prepare us an incredible seafood dinner. Jorge's lovely patio is perfectly set up to enjoy a special meal like this overlooking the panoramic views of Banderas Bay. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us Jorge!

The most prestigious place on the hill

We stayed for one month. Alfredo the concierge, Paola the refresh lady and owner Jorge were all so professional, courteous, helpful and available. The unit is not only furnished but well furnished. Plenty of plates, silverware, glassware, plenty of everything you need, soap, towels, pots and pans, all kind of mixers. Decorated with taste and confortable, the open concept makes it especially spectacular. We used the private patio pool several times a day ! Avalon buildings are up the hill, as there is no side walk on the steep narrow road, we used Uber, very easy and about 4$-10$ ride down or up to La zona romantica. Residents, security staff and maintenance staff are all so nice. All shared public places, gym, pools, lobby are clean and well maintained. Avalon is a quiet and peaceful environnement. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Stunning PVR Apartment with Spectacular View

We stayed here as a couple and had a fabulous time at this property. Both Jorge and Alfredo are excellent host and property manager - very helpful and responsive. This apartment is simply beautiful and has an amazing view of downtown PVR. Yes, it is a hike to get up and down but super simple with a $5 Uber ride. The main area of the apartment is essentially open air and does get quite warm but it's very easy to take a dip in the balcony tub to cool down and relax on a lounger. Everything in the apartment worked great, even Alexa who only needed a little prompting to keep things working... ;-) We loved this experience so much we are already planning to return!

Work-cation perfection!

Working remotely has its benefits, but finding a property to accommodate the need for both an inspired working location plus access to the local experience, is huge when selecting a place to go. This property had it all, views, peace, access to everything, and the host, and concierge, Alfredo, we’re so helpful for pointing us in the right direction to get the most of our trip. We will definitely be back!

A Stellar View from the top of PV, but only $2 or 3$ to the heart of PV

I've stayed in at least 20 VRBOs. This is by far the best, by a big margin. PV is festive, but that can be a downside late at night. This place had all the view and zero of the sound, as it is perched high above the city. We were concerned about the time it might take to get to bars, restaurants or the beach, but even in high season, via Uber or Taxi, the wait was 5-10 minutes (enough time to gather your gear and take the elevator down, basically) and the cost was never more than 5$ (including a 25-50% tip). So, don't worry about location. The Condo is flawless and so well stocked, including every kitchen item you can imagine, for 8-10 people, includings appliances (top of the line). There's even a well stocked bar (replace the bottles you use/finish before leaving). We used the airport pickup service, the visiting chef, massages and food prestocking, as well as Uber Eats delivery and all were very reasonably priced. The balcony pool was such a wonderful place to cool down, or stay warm (Just ask Alexa to "Heat the Pool". The two property pools were beautiful beyond words. You have to experience the views from each infinity edge to really understand. The place isn't cheap, but it is LARGE, and the bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, kitchen and balcony all exceeded our size expectations. Super quiet bedrooms, so if you need space, just close the door. We'll be going back. You should go. You'll never forget the experience, I assure you. The property management company, which we'd used for another property, delivered a flawless pre-, during, and departing experience. Just ask and it is yours, basically. You can't go wrong with this one.

Can we live here?

This place was just magical. Positioned as one of the highest buildings in the city, on our way from the airport the driver had us hyped right away by pointing it out. Once we got up there we were blown away- 2 beautiful infinity pools Surrounded by the jungle on The property with completely different vibes and that felt completely private for most of our stay. Everyone in the building (and Jorge) were extremely welcoming, helpful, and accommodating with whatever we needed or asked. Once we got inside the condo, it got even better. We were able to preorder groceries- fresh guacamole, fruits, and ceviche were waiting upon arrival. The open air concept of the main living space seemed scary for the heat of late august but it was comfortable, breezy, mostly bug-free, and just stunning! The views are ridiculous in the best way possible and we got to enjoy a spectacular sunset almost every night. Even with a lot of rain In the forecast, we did not mind having the open air living situation and it was so perfect to have our own infinity dipping pool just off the bedroom for those rainy afternoons and evenings. Although we were somewhat removed from the center of the city and the nightlife, we really enjoyed walking down the mountain each day into town - felt very safe and we even found 2 sets of stairs that led directly to beaches, restaurants, and shopping- definitely recommend exploring and taking the walk down. As much as we enjoyed that, we have visited PV before and found ourselves also torn between going out and just staying in the beautiful condo and property. When Tropical Storm Nora rolled in on the last day of our stay and our flights got cancelled, Jorge was extremely accommodating and decided to postpone his own arrival with a group Of friends so that we could stay 2 extra nights and ride out the storm. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and he was extremely responsive and caring- he even sent up people from the building to bring in balcony furniture and prepare the condo. We rode out some of the storm in the dipping pool and enjoyed that too! We could go on forever! The beds were comfortable, towels were soft, condo was sparkling, and amenities were top notch. We’re actually not sure how we will ever be able to return to PV and not stay here. We’ve been spoiled. Thank you for everything Jorge and we hope to come visit again soon. Do yourself the favor and stay here!
