Exceptional 6,850 square feet Puerto Vallarta Beach Vacation Home in the prestigious and luxurious Santa Barbara Shores 2 complex. Finally offered for rental for the first time since first built in 2007. Located on Los Muertos Beach in Zona Romantica of Old Town, just 10 minutes walk away from world class restaurants, galleries, shopping, beaches and nightlife. This luxurious suite was tastefully furnished and decorated with top of the line furniture and art pieces. It features 75 inch screen T.V. with Sonos surround sound. Central computer with high speed wireless Internet. Vonage phone line if you need to call home or the office. 32 inch TVs, individual safes in all 3 bedrooms. Interior kitchen has all the devices you could need including dishwasher, gas cook-top & oven, convection oven/microwave, s/s refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc. Exterior kitchen features Chef quality BBQ & wet bar sink and additional stove and oven if you prefer to cook outside and not get the interior hot. Individual air conditioning in each bedroom and general living area. You also get your own private pool should you choose to be more private. The building has an amazing modern architectural design. Walking distance to so many great restaurants, bars, galleries, parks and markets.

Beautiful villa with a great floor plan!

This was a wonderful villa. Three master suites with a pool. The only down side was access to the beach. Very steep flights of stairs and no chairs or bar service on beach in front of property.

Beautiful Condo

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was beautiful! All of the rooms were very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The private pool was really enjoyable. The check in and out process was so easy, as the property manager was there to help us. Communication with property manager and owner was also stress free.

Beautiful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay and the home very much. Well taken care of and very spacious. 3 equally amazing master bedrooms/bathrooms- I was the last to choose and still got the one I wanted, however that happened! Kitchen/dining also very spacious and have everything you could need. Great location!! We were able to walk to almost every place we were going to.A couple of small problems we had were the listing says there is a hot tub- there is not. Either the pool is not heated or it just wasn’t working. The pool was so cold that we couldn’t really use it/enjoy it. And the cleaning lady and gardener would just show up unannounced and suddenly be in the home when we weren’t even aware they would be coming during our stay. Once we brought that to Jesus’ attention it was quickly resolved. Jesus was AMAZING the entire stay- very quick responses and very helpful.All in all, we had an amazing stay and would definitely love to stay again, especially knowing the area more now. Would definitely recommend!!

My stay was truly inspiring—the property exudes elegance with its exquisite art and sculptures that adorn every corner. Outstanding Property With Great Ocean Views

This is a super luxurious and contemporary four-story property that is impeccably decorated and, best of all, looks out at the ocean from nearly all rooms. Beaches and restaurants are accessible within a short walk and Angel, the property manager, is kind and very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Even Better than my HIGH Expectations!

Hands down, the best property we've found in PV in almost 10 years of visiting! From the design, layout, amenities, location, condition and quality, this home was amazing. The house mgr was responsive, courteous and extremely helpful whether arranging a private chef for us or sending COVID testing location options, no need was left unmet. Plenty of the necessities and even some niceties made for an excellent stay for everyone. Despite entering on street level and having an elevator in the condo as well as in the complex, there are still some stairs required, but if you've been to PV, that's to be expected. With access to a complex pool and a private pool in the condo, this place will definitely spoil you! The owner was also extremely communicative and helpful prior to booking and really can't wait to book with them again.

Better Than Photos Online!

This property was perfect for our large group. We had 7 travelers and the large size couples with multiple floor was perfect for comfort and privacy. The top floor featuring a kitchen, living room, family room and dining room was excellent for our morning routine. The private pool was great for those wanting to stay in. The location is amazing and just blocks from all the action, accessible directly to the beach; yet just far enough out to provide for privacy. Angel took great care of us. Totally recommend!

Gorgeous House

The house is 4 stories and allows for each bedroom to have their privacy. Gorgeous views and a fully stocked house made for an enjoyable stay. Angel (The property manager) was a sweetheart and checked in on us regularly (via text) to ensure everything was going well.

Amazing Penthouse and experience

My friends and I had an amazing experience staying at the property. It was a lovely home. The pictures do not do it justice. The staff were wonderful, respective and attentive. Special thanks to Angel the Manager. He was attentive and thoughtful. I would recommend staying and booking here.

Luxury in PV

Casa Norte is in the prime location to enjoy everything Zona Romantica has to offer. The views are breathtaking from the house and the community pool makes you feel like you’re swimming in the ocean while having a view of all the sexy people along the beach. The house is very clean and housekeeping was top notch. Each room is comfortable and separately air conditioned, stocked with towels and king size beds like a luxury hotel. Not many visitors to Puerto Vallarta can experience the high quality, location and comfort the property offers. And they are continuing to make even more upgrades. We arrived just after a new outdoor kitchen was installed and Joel was excited to explain some future updates being planned that we hope to enjoy next time! Access to the beach makes this property even more of a blessing. We were able to walk to Blue chairs, Green chairs and Mantamar in less than 5 minutes from stepping out of our front door! Everyone on the beach was jealous when we pointed to our pool with such grand views. The property management team is amazing as well. Joel greeted us and gave us a full tour of the property, explained everything in detail and was available if we had questions. (Though we didn’t need to call or text him because we had everything without issue). They even had a bottle of wine and fruit and snacks for us. As mentioned, the housekeeping was great. Everyone’s rooms were fully cleaned on cleaning days and we always came back to fresh linens and towels. After departure, one of our guests left items by accident and the management team quickly helped us secure the items and are in the process of getting them back. True professsional service! We are already looking for who wants to join us next year so we can contact Steven and make arrangements for next year. It’ll be our 4th time to PV and we only want to go back to Casa Norte!

Fantastic condo

Absolutely stunning property that's perfectly situated! The owner and property managers were excellent in managing our experience. This is a 4-level condo with a beautiful open floor plan for kitchen/dining/living area with an incredible views of Banderas Bay. The remaining 3 floors below are the bedrooms, all with ocean views as well. You will hear the ocean waves hitting the beach all throughout your stay, from every room. :) The private pool was a great perk, but the real gem is the shared complex pool that sits right above los muertos beach and has a kitchen, bathroom, and shower. I've been to PV over a dozen times, and I know this is a gem of a place- I'd recommend for couples or a large family...plenty of both shared and private spaces. Thank you Steve, Angel, and Joel for making this an incredible stay for me & my friends. I'm certain we will be back!

Perfect Villa!

This is the perfect property for multiple couples or a family. It’s huge, spanning 4 floors with the living room/kitchen room/dining room on the top overlooking amazing ocean views with a wraparound patio. It is immaculate and decorated tastefully and uniquely. The property managers are very responsive and helpful. Amazing infinity pool out to the ocean and an easy walk down the stairs to the beach. It couldn’t have been better, we can’t wait to return!
