I wrote OUR issues on our first stay -which was our Save vacation stay.
We did not even look or inquire of another unit there, because of the way the renters are treated by Most Sunscape staff. Their rules for the renters do not make sense, and the resort itself to me, is going downhill……the pool bathrooms are Dirty, their lounges are dirty and many should be thrown away!!! I cleaned ours Every morning….. Many (Not all). of the staff are rude and the security is ridiculous……..especially with then towel rules…..there was always Lots of towels and Lots of vacant lounges, so their rules were uncalled for. We just got tired of being treated as 2nd class - so decided to look elsewhere. Thanks to Alvaro for his work he did to the unit….and I have to say, other than the lack of some necessary articles, and the inefficient Property Manager, and the lack of a proper cleaning of the unit……IT WAS VERY ENJOYABLE ONCE WE MADE THE PLACE SPOTLESS AND ‘HOME’. THANKS.
