Amazing pool and service on the rooftop - I would have to check the listing but I don’t think the sofa sleeper bedding was accurately described in the listing … probably ok for a single person but it wasn’t very comfortable for a couple …. Otherwise nice unit, beautiful building, rooftop, pool, views, ideal location and service!

Great experience

Condo exactly as advertised. The loveliest man check us in and showed us everything we needed to know, gave us a tour of the pool area. Introduced to the staff at Pier 57. The condo was in perfect condition. Very clean. The beds/pillows were comfortable. The balcony was big and the furniture was very comfortable. Good views. The glass windows do not keep out much noise but it wasn’t bad and didn’t bother us. I lived waking up to the view. The neighborhood was safe. Close to everything. I would stay here again.

the views from the rooftop pool are amazing! the unit is on the 3rd floor and also has city/water views that are lovely. As busy as this area of PV is, the location on a side street meant the unit is quiet. we slept with the doors open, even on New Years eve! It's on the high end of accommodation costs, but we found it lovely and worth the cost. Note the 2 bedrooms are separated by moving walls, not a door and a wall. Some may not like this as a privacy, but we did not notice any noise moving between the rooms.

Clean unit and gorgeous roof top pool

Security was excellent and i felt safe walking in and around the property. My only complaint is the noise levels. The property is about 5 minutes away from the busiest intersection in zona romantica and the partying noises kept waking me up. That’s the only downside, the sliding glass doors didn’t keep noise out. I greatly enjoyed being at the location otherwise.

We needed to book a last minute place to stay.

We needed to book a last minute place to stay due to our condo not being ready. A few notes… - I was contacted by two different people regarding check in, one on what’s app and one via sms. This created some confusion. - the property manager insisted to meet us with the keys at a specific time. When we got there, he was not there, we were able to get the keys from the front desk. - there was a problem with one of the toilets (clogged) the plunger was broken so we couldn’t fix it ourselves. I let the property manager know and he came to fix it and told me not to put toilet paper in the toilet. This was not on the condo rules, I have stayed in other units on this property and that has never been mentioned. - As far as check out, I was told 4 times I needed to be out at 11am..I understand they want to be sure that we will be out but that was a bit much… - this was a busy trip for us and we wanted to be able to relax and I found the communication to be too overbearing. -also there is land line in the unit that rings with scam calls periodically.

Fantastic size of the unit and views! Very safe and the gym, pool, roof top bar area, are amazing with even more breathtaking views of Puerto Vallarta. Only thing I would say is for the floors to be mopped in all corners and edges. Other than that, it had all we needed and I'd love to own one of those units. Thank you for sharing your space with us!
