"I was met by a locked gate and was not able to check in!
My flight was an hour delayed and I arrived late at night.I rang the doorbell a million times - nothing. I called 3 different phone numbers - nothing. I was not able to come in!!!
My tricycle driver had already left and there I was, standing alone in the middle of the night. On a dark and empty street in the middle of nowhere!
I had to just find and get myself to a random hotel.
So I never actually stayed here - I booked 3 nights at...

"We had booking reserved. When we showed up they told us they had no rooms available. They never provided us with a refund even after multiple requests to do so. "
