Three local Golf Courses, Jet skiing, kayaking, eco-tours and horse riding nearby. HOA does not allow pets. Responsible adult must be over the age of 25. Ages verified by ID at check in.

Beautiful home with lots of modern upgrades. Absolutely loved our stay with direct access to beautiful beach. We have been to Rocky Point as a family many times; this was the nicest home we have stayed in so far. Had everything we needed and then some.

Great beachfront home for a family

Everything was great as usual. Supplies, location, bedrooms etc.The only reason for a 4 star is because the bed is terrible in the casita. My husband and I stayed there so our kids and grandkids had the space in the big house. It is dipped in the middle and we rolled into each other. Needs replacing!The jacuzzi needs cleaning and chlorine as well.Otherwise, beautiful place.

Luxury and Serenity

The whole family absolutely loved this beautifully remodeled, very nicely appointed, beachfront villa. We have stayed in dozens of VRBO over the years and this is one of our Top 5s. We really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook for a large group with ease, comfy beds, cold AC when it was needed and the best crushed ice maker ever. The beautiful views and proximity to the water is icing on the cake. Of course, Bella Sirena is a beautiful resort, and the amenities are great as well. We will absolutely book this one again!

Best place to stay in Rocky Point

We have stayed at 4-5 of these beachfront Bell Sirena villas over the years, as we love the design of the house, which provides lots of space, and privacy between each bedroom. But this villa has recently been remodeled, and includes new furniture, and what I would estimate to be at least an 85-in TV. PLUS…, this property gives you the benefits of both a private beachfront house, but with access to the pool bar/restaurant, and several pools to meet other guests. We will definitely be back!!! ☺️☺️☺️

The house is beautiful!

The house is right on the beach. The main area has a beautiful view of the ocean as does two of the bedrooms. The air conditioning works wonderfully. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved the ice machine and the R/O wster.
