The first floor is all about fun and togetherness. A lively game area includes a foosball table, shuffleboard, and a dining table perfect for board games or cards. This space leads out to a spacious porch, offering the perfect spot to enjoy fresh ocean air in cooler months.
Two comfortable queen bedrooms are located on this level, each with two queen beds and an adjacent bathroom with a shower for convenience. A washer and dryer are also included for easy laundry access.

Upstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area. The king bedroom offers luxurious comfort with a king-size bed, television, and an en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you might need, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy home-cooked delights. With plenty of counter space and an open layout, this area flows seamlessly into the dining space and cozy living room, where a large couch and decorative fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
