Seas the Day E504 ~ Direct Beach Front ~ Penthouse

  • Princesa de Penasco is a beachfront getaway right in the center of "Sandy Beach" in beautiful Puerto Penasco, Mexico (aka Rocky Point). If you have never been to this amazing beach town be prepared to fall in love and never want to leave. The drive is a close one-hour trip south of the border through the Lukeville, AZ Border Entry – 4 hours from Phoenix, AZ or 3.5 hours from Tucson, AZ. This destination provides some of the cleanest and most incredible beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is on the 5th floor in the "E" building closest to the beach and faces towards the east which allows for amazing evening sunsets. The resort has three pools, a swim up bar and fire pit, hot tub, barbecue grills, its own restaurant and bar, 24-hour security and even a golf course nearby.

    The condo itself was recently remodeled with a beautiful nautical interior. It has two separate balconies with amazing views of the beach and grounds. The upstairs private master bedroom has a king bed, on-suite bathroom with double sinks, shower and its own private balcony. There are two bedrooms downstairs which include an additional front master bedroom with a king size bed and private entrance to the downstairs bathroom and a back guest room with another queen size bed. The living area has a comfortable sleeper sectional, electric fireplace and dining to seat up to 8. There are flat screen Smart TV's in every bedroom and living room with Netflix and Amazon Prime available with your log in.

    Please note - Princesa is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the condo or around the property. Please be aware that in order to ensure the quality of your stay and have enough time for cleaning and a quality control check, we are not able to accommodate early check-in under any circumstances. You do have access to the property amenities at any time during the day of your check in. Infants / Children are included in the full guest count.

    This property can be booked along with "SeaQuel" E505 which is directly next door to allow for a 6 bedroom, 4 bath rental to accommodate up to 18 guests. Please view Property #9984649 to check availability.

Beautiful condo! Perfect location! Very clean and had everything that was needed for our stay. Beds were comfy and loved that there was a separate master suite upstairs!Host was quick to respond, easy check-in no key needed. Definitely will want to stay here again for future stays!

Perfect Location

This is our favorite Sandy Beach locale to date and we will for sure book with them again! Every amenity was perfection, ease of entry, comfortable and beautiful! The beach views are superb perfection! The resort is outstanding for pools, good food and beverages! 10/10!

Beautiful, comfy and welcoming home.

Loved the place. Well equipped with all appliances working well. Great double patios with amazing views. The restaurant at resort also very good. Recommend their happy happy hour with 2 for 1 margaritas, their breakfast, and the Cajun shrimp dinner. Thank you!
