    Luxury on the Oceanfront! Spacious condo with stunning views. This is the best balcony in town with comfortable furniture for all. Enjoy this fully equipped gourmet kitchen and bar area for your dream vacation. Large great room with comfortable living spaces. Three bedrooms each with private bathrooms, and sliding doors to the oceanfront balcony. The resort has an excellent beachfront restaurant, community Hot Tub, Poolside bar, and convenience store.



    The Space:

    This spacious 3 bedroom and 4 bathroom presidential suite is true beachfront! There is a separate sectioned off area available with bunkbeds perfect for extra guests or children. Gourmet kitchen and wrap around patio with pure ocean views will be sure to make your vacation complete.



    Guest Access:

    The guests will access the property using a door lock code.



    The Neighborhood:

    The resort has fun onsite restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream store, 2 beautiful pools, one of which is heated, and community hot tub.



    Our three-bedroom condo is nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. Sandy Beach offers a pristine coastline with soft, golden sand and a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for a beach vacation.



    As you step out from the condo, you'll find yourself just moments away from the inviting shores of Sandy Beach. Take leisurely walks along the coastline, sink your toes into the warm sand, or find a peaceful spot to lounge under the sun. The calm waters of the Sea of Cortez provide the perfect opportunity for swimming, splashing, and enjoying various water activities.



    Sandy Beach is also home to a vibrant culinary scene. Nearby, you'll find a variety of restaurants to satisfy your taste buds. Some popular options include:



    Wrecked at the Reef: This beachfront restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere, delicious seafood dishes, and refreshing cocktails. Enjoy a meal with a view of the ocean and soak in the beach vibes.

Our two families had an amazing time at this property! The beds and pillows were so comfy and the en suite bathroom in each bedroom was perfect for each couple. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Beautiful views!! Host was very responsive and helpful. My family really enjoyed our time here.Wish we would have known that the gym was not included but oh well that is the only little thing that was a bummer, but we took it as a sign that we shouldn’t work out on vacation.Would def stay here again.

Relaxing and beautiful place

Sarinas place is beautiful. It has everything you need for a nice family vacation. The pool was relaxing and having the beach right outside was also very nice. I would definitely recommend this amazing penthouse

First off the host was fantastic. Communication was on point. The condo was as described. It was clean, and spacious. Unfortunately we were not able to use the top bunk since there were no security bars. However the condo was spacious enough to accommodate everyone. We loved the easy access to the beach. Great swimming pools. The children loved the lazy river. The view from the condo was great. All the employees were kind and quick to help with anything. The banana boat and vendors were still accessible. They have a coffee shop on site. We had a wonderful experience at Esmeralda.

Awesome view

We stayed for the weekend of July 4th. The penthouse is exactly as it shows. It was clean and the view was awesome. Communication with the owner was easy. A little issue with one of the bathrooms but did not impact our stay. Also one of the elevators broke down but got fixed within a day. Overall great stay.
