A family-friendly vacation rental a short walk from one of the best beaches in the region. Beautiful ocean views and rooftop deck. Playa Encanto is safe and secure with an entrance gate and 24/7 security patrols. 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the resort areas, with nearby dining options for your convenience. This rental home is fully stocked with beach and bath towels, cookware, dinnerware, paper towels & toilet paper. Vacation is calling!

The Space:
Casa del Sol Naciente (House of the Rising Sun) in Playa Encanto is a great family friendly vacation rental with all the comforts of home, near one of Sonoras most pristine beaches! It is recently upgraded with beautiful furnishings and beach decor. The 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 12-13 guests and is a short walk to the beach. There are ocean views and a lovely rooftop deck to soak them all in. The property is clean and stocked with all the essentials, such as cookware, dinnerware, bed linens, bath & beach towels, 5 gallon drinking water dispenser (with refills), paper towels and toilet paper.

Come enjoy the gated, family friendly Playa Encanto community. It's away from the hustle and bustle while just 15 minutes from town, to enjoy all the shopping, dining and excursions you'd like. For nearby options, there's a taco bar offering breakfast and lunch, Punta Rosa Ostionera in the estaury for oysters and crab tostadas (bring your own beverages) or head over to Encantame Resort for a high end dinner at Santo Coyote (they have a cafe and starbucks inside too!).

Playa Encanto is a gated, quiet, clean and secure beachside community. It is family friendly and offers a beautiful beach vacation and living experience. Security provides 24/7 patrols.

Nice place for a family stay

Although we did not like the downstairs bedroom/bath situation, we made it work. It would have been fine with little kids and a mom & dad, but it wasnt ideal going through the master bedroom to get to the bunkroom for teenagers nieces & nephews, or to get to the only bathroom on main floor. That said, it was clean and nicely provisioned and decorated!

Great stay for the family

The place was a 2 minute walk to the beach, which was beautiful. Wifi was great, the hosts were responsive and the home was perfect for my large family!

Wonderful beach house

This is such a great house, close to the beach. We stayed here with our 3 sons and 2 other families (5 adults and 6 kids in total). Since the bedrooms each had extra beds for kids and private en suite bathrooms, each family had their own room. It is good to know that the bedroom with 2 bunk beds is accessed through the king bed room, and to get to the downstairs bathroom, you must pass through both of those rooms. It worked fine for us, but I was not expecting that. The kitchen was well-equipped. We cooked all our meals at home. The host provides drinking water and coffee, which was greatly appreciated! The beach is a short walk away. This house is technically 3rd row, but there's an empty lot in the 2nd row. You only have to walk down 3 houses to find the beach access path. You can see the ocean from the rooftop patio, which is also a perfect spot to stargaze at night. The beach is AMAZING here. The water was so warm and calm. The kids played freely in the water because it was so shallow. Nice, sandy beach. Not rocky like Las Conchas. It was also really quiet and never crowded. There is a great little oyster bar only a short drive away. The hosts are easy to get in touch with and very helpful. I would 100% stay here again! It was a perfect, quiet, calm, relaxing getaway. I hope to be back next year!

Ahhmazing home!

Check in to check out was a breeze. Michelle was great about communication and helped us with every need. The property was decorated the way every beach house should be. It was adorable! The property was well stocked and we were able to cook every meal. The beach was close, beautiful, and empty! Security was friendly, and so were the neighbors. Plan to take all your food in, it is a bit of a drive to town. But for the private beach, totally worth it.
