RV Spot Fee – Please Read
The nightly RV spot fee is not included in your VRBO booking. This fee must be paid separately to reserve your lot at The Reef RV Park. The fee covers full hookups for electric, water, and sewer. You may book the spot yourself or we can handle it for you.

RV Spot Options (see map in listing photos):

Beachfront Deluxe (Blue): $50/night – 4-night minimum

Beachfront Regular (Green): $40/night – 4-night minimum

Ocean View (Yellow): $35/night

Regular Interior (Gray): $26/night

Note: The Reef requires 4-night minimums for beachfront spots. If staying fewer nights, you must still pay for four nights to reserve a beachfront space.

Arrival & Check-In Info
The RV will be fully set up with utilities connected and AC running upon arrival

Key located in a lockbox on the patio (code sent 24 hours before check-in)

Drive directly through the gate; mention the name Nicole Bowman if a guard is present

House Rules
No smoking or vaping inside or outside the RV

No illegal activity

Keep food and drinks within the kitchen area

Use provided beach towels outside; bath towels and linens should remain indoors

Always retract the motorized awning if it’s windy or before going to sleep

Operate blinds and hidden TV with care using provided remote switches

Respect neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level

Check-Out Instructions
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Before leaving, please:

Dispose of all trash in the front dumpsters

Turn off all lights and appliances

Leave AC set to 75°F for the cleaners

Wash and return any used dishes

Remove used sheets and pillowcases and place them by the washer

Place used towels in the shower or begin a wash cycle if possible

You're welcome to leave unopened food and drinks for the cleaners

Drive exactly the posted speed limit—local enforcement is strict

If you notice any issues or damage upon arrival, report it right away

Use Google Maps (not Apple Maps) for accurate directions and restaurant locations
