    Masterfully designed 1200 sf of spacious indoor/outdoor living, featuring a spacious chef’s kitchen, living room with views of the BBQ grill, pool and Jacuzzi, 48” flat screen Smart TV and huge sliding door to access to the patio deck (with wood custom patio furniture), fabulous dining area & granite counter kitchen bar with 3 bars stools, gorgeous over-sized Master bedroom with king size bed & premium bedding (memory foam mattress and memory foam pillows), 42” flat screen TV and direct access to the patio balcony also from the mater bedroom, NEW tile bathroom with NEW and SUPER modern vanity and mirror, NEW tile inside the shower. We have a futon that can sleep 2 children and a queen size air mattress bed on the living room.
    Living room has a HUGE sliding door window with access to patio deck... Just 5 steps from the BBQ Grill & ramada with 2 tables and chairs. Full size laundry with washer & dryer for your convenience. Experience the comforts of home with the amenities of a luxury resort!

    This fabulous beach rental is located on Grande Building which is the building that's is close to the beach, enhancing views of the resort green area and one of the nicest pools from the resort.
    While having convenient access to all of the pools, the SWIM up Bar with great food, drinks & weekend live entertainment on all festivities. Gym, Spa and parking are conveniently located right in front of the condo. The on-site gym is just steps away. 24hr Security gives you peace of mind for a worry-free vacation.

    A quick walk down cobblestone paths through the gorgeous gardens is the spectacular Sandy Beach with Palapas for shade - swimming, sunning, massages on the beach, water sports of all kinds, long walks, shell collecting, sand castle building, beach games & exploring ocean life in the tide pools. Other activities available on the beach or nearby include Wave runners/Jet skis, banana boat rides, parasailing, Ultralite rides, ATV rentals, Zip Lining & Golf.

    Easy walking distance to a great selection of restaurants and night-life on Sandy Beach including Banditos, Garufas & Changos. The famous Wrecked at the Reef is a beautiful stroll up the beach away - sip Margaritas with your feet in the sand, spectacular sunsets & live music.

    Downtown with numerous restaurants, fish markets, shopping & nightlife along the Malecon is a short 10min drive or Taxi ride away. For the more adventurous, boat trips head out for whale watching, snorkeling at Bird Island and Sunset cruises.

Great experience. Ivan and the team are great and very attentive. Overall great experience. Food in resort not the best but the location of resort allows for walking to restaurants even at night!!!

Great Property

The condo we stayed in was very nice and clean. The location was just a short distance from the beach and pool. The pull out sofa was hard on the back, but did allow for an extra guest to stay there. Our property manager was very quick to respond to everything and left us great instructions for check-in and great recommendations for restaurants.

Great stay!

This is a nice vacation get away for a long weekend. It is was relaxing and comfortable. I love the adult infiity pool next to the ocean. The unit we stayed in was recently remodelend and very upscale compared to some that have not been remodeled. I will definiatley go back to this exacst same unit. The host was super responsive and helpful with all of my questions.

Pros and Cons

Pros: walk out to pool and jacuzzi. Clean nicely appointed unit. Short walk to beach. Cons: No ocean view. Flimsy ice trays in freezer are okay but need to be upgraded. A/C in bedroom is insufficient. BR temp did not get below 81 our entire stay. Very uncomfortable. Contacted owner who said he’d look into it. Never heard back from him. We wouldn’t stay there again.

Weekend getaway

We have not been in RP for 3 years. Last time we visited was before the pandemic. The accommodation did not disappoint! Ivan was such an excellent host! He took care of us right from the beginning. The condo is clean and updated. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we will be back in the future.

Best vacation I've ever had

GF and I were surprised it was a bottom floor unit but it ended up being so great. Quick access to the pool right behind the condo, the swim up bar at the adult only pool was amazing and the beach was perfect. We did all the things available and had the best time. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome vacation !!

From booking the property to the end of our trip…. Awesome communication. Pictures were great but the actual place was amazing! Easy access to everything. Our host Ivan was incredible ! Had a couple of questions when arriving and he answered immediately ! Great location. We had a pool right in front of the condo which was awesome for the kiddos when having a long day at the beach. The shower looked small in the pictures, but I was wrong ! It was huuuuge !!!! They provided the essentials and more. I over packed thinking we would need more things but everything was at the property! We are definitely going back and hoping we get lucky and this property is available ! Thank you Ivan !

Great condo

The condo was very clean and nice. The best part was there was a pool and kids pool 50 feet from the back patio which our girls loved. The common area grills are cleaned daily so no dirty grills when you’re ready to bbq. Even though Las Palmas is an older resort it’s one of our favorites because of the kids pools and slides. We will be back.
