For the past 10 Years it has been kept as a personal property only (Never Rented) The furniture is top quality (Lazy Boy & Ashley Furniture)Every room in the condo has not be remodeled. The condo has zero rental ware & tear. As soon as you walk in the front door, you are guaranteed to instantly get that '5 Star Resort' feeling. this tastefully decorated condo, with beautiful décor touches throughout, is just 'different' then any other condo you will rent. KICTHEN / LAUNDRY is fully equipped from coffee maker, panini grill to beverage / wine fridge. There is nothing you will need if you decide to eat in. Rich Alder cabinets and granite countertops with updated backsplash and Dimmable Under Cabinet LED lighting. Upgraded stainless steel appliances and full crystal glass and stem ware. laundry Room has upgraded washer & dryer, beautiful Alder cabinets, fully stocked soap, fabric softeners, downy, etc. Ironing Board & Iron, Paper Towels, etc.

Very nice condo, the view from the balcony is excellent.. the ocean is close by, the restaurant/bar downstairs is nice & is visible from the condo. Very nice garden & landscaping. The beach is very close, within a comfortable walking distance. Rooms and living room and kitchen are clean & nicely decorated. Peter is very responsive and helpful when it comes to any questions or concerns as well as recommendations. I enjoyed my stay here & would recommend it to anyone. Had a very relaxing time :) Thanks Peter!

What can I say other than an amazing place to stay. I’ve stayed at other places and can say this was everything plus. 1st: The Host is on top of of everything. Responds quickly to questions and ensures everything as expected. 2nd: If you want a home away from home, this is the place. The comfort of relaxing after a day of swimming, drinking and eating out, is what this place gives you. From the relaxing recliners, outdoor patio seating and TV. Oh ladies, the primary bath has a tub you can relax in and stretch those legs without being cramped. Plus the unit was clean. They take care of this place. 3rd: The view from the patio is amazing! We just took it all in and the ocean breeze was a plus. 4th: The proximity to the pool, bar and ocean is steps away. 5th: The property grounds are amazing. Well kept. Close to the local favorite bars, restaurants etc. 6th: You couldn’t get a nicer unit than this one. I can’t wait to go again. I’ve told my friends I’ve found the perfect place. I hated leaving this little place of happiness. Thank you for an amazing place to stay. You’ve set the bar high for other VRBO Hosts!

What a great place! We have stayed in many Bella locations and this was one of our favorites. Balcony is amazing as are the furnishings. Not your typical poorly furnished vacation rental. Highly recommended it, stop looking and book it

Amazing weekend

What a great spot with wonderful communication on the area! It was our anniversary weekend without our kids and it was absolutely fantastic!! Exactly as described with a wonderful view, everything you could need and one of my favorite features were the black out blinds-I have a hard time sleeping while on vacation, but not this time!! Naps were a huge plus to catch up from everyday life!! We cannot wait to go back!!

Bella Sirena Luxury Condo

This was our second Rocky Point group trip staying at Bella Sirena. This condo was not only close to Villa where the bulk of our group stayed, but a nice retreat to enjoy our own downtime after our day's events. Great amenities and ideal to be the "party pool" yet have another pool by the condo that was closer to enjoy as well. We would highly recommend this unit and stay again as we love Bella Sirena. Luxurious Rocky point condo

Let me start off by saying I have been going to rocky point for over 20 years and the Bella Sirena is one of the nicest and relaxing resorts down there. E-504 is the nicest condo I have stayed in. The condo came with everything you would ever need including all the goodies for the beach. The kitchen even had all the utensils, pots, pans and cookware you would need to make all of your own meals if you wanted to. It is very well furnished with comfort in mind and a huge plus for my wife and I was the blackout curtains so we could sleep in a little. The patio had plenty of furniture for hanging out and entertaining guests. Definitely give this condo a 10 out of 10 and the owner was great to work with.We will definitely be staying here again.

Great spot!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place is in the heart of Sand Beach in the best resort. Very safe and clean. The host was consistent with contact to ensure everything was to our liking. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Bella Sirena Luxury Condo

Best place we’ve stayed in Puerto Peñasco. Peter is a wonderful host and communication is top notch. The inside of the condo is absolutely gorgeous. The views from balcony are incredible. Coffee on the patio every morning. The grounds at Bella Sirena are beautiful. We enjoyed the food at the pool bar. Be sure to walk the beach and soak up the sun. Easy to get around town from the condo. Highly recommend staying here!!

AMAZING CONDO

My wife and I and another couple decided we wanted to stay at a luxurious condominium in Rocky Point. Cheaper is not always better, and in this case, this condo was on the higher end of price. It was worth every penny. Luxurious furniture inside and on the patio, comfortable and luxurious beds.. All in all, its a very warm and comfortable place. The rest of the property, pools and beach were also amazing. 5 star vacation. Cant wait to stay here again.

Bella Sirena getaway

This condo is wonderful. Perfect ocean and Rocky Point views, amenities all working, updated and good condition. High end decor yet super comfy. Deck has great furniture to enjoy sun early and evening breezes. Beach chairs and towels - first class. We will definitely return to this lovely Bella Sirena condo.

Our new favorite condo at Bella!

Have been to Rocky Point multiple times a year for the last 16 years and this by far is the best condo we’ve stayed in. Condo was beautiful, very comfortably decorated and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Beds, linens and towels were top notch (high on my priority list) and communication was quick and very thorough. We will be back several more times this year and will book in advance to make sure we can stay here again. Thank you again Pete for the excellent experience and getaway!

Worth spending a bit more on this place!

We've been to Bella Sirena about 5 or 6 times in the past, but have never stayed in building E. When I saw this listing, there were places that were cheaper for sure, but I was really intrigued to see what people loved about it. Now I know! First there is no afternoon sun. This unit is right by the band, and is awesome to sit on the balcony, enjoy the view and listen to the music, while watching everyone squinting on the other side! As far as the amenities go inside the unit, it's unlike any other unit. Filtered water and an on counter ice maker will change your life. No more lugging water bottles up and down the stairs. Also, all the linens and cooking pans and utensils were quality, not the cheap stuff that you find in most units. I'd spend a little bit more on this place every time, I'd highly recommend trying it and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. Thanks Peter!

Amazing Condo

I will start by saying I have stayed at around 30+ condos over the past 4-5 years in RP, I have to say this property is by far my favorite, the owner Peter spared no expense on the finishes, as well as the comforts of this place! The condo was very spacious for my family of 5, the beds were very comfy, the kitchen had everything you could ever need to cook, has a countertop ice maker, just absolutely perfect, This place is not the cheapest 2 bedroom you can find but I’m willing to bet it is one of the nicest, most luxurious 2 bedrooms to rent! Peter thank you for having this place for rent we will be staying with you from here on out, the extra money is well worth it! The Fullers

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay !

Bella Sirena is my favorite resort in Rocky Point and Peter’s condo is absolutely beautiful, from the upscale furniture, appliances, comfy beds & pillows and large patio which you do not see in the pictures. It was so nice to have our morning coffee sitting on the comfy sofa’s overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The condo itself is definitely worth the price. You will not be disappointed, it is luxury. The resort has multiple pools, a swim up bar, outdoor grill restaurant that every day had a different live band playing 80s & 90s music, so fun, not too loud. The beach in front of the resort is great and Peter has the best Tommy Bahama beach chairs that you can bring down and sit right at the water. An added bonus is Carlos, Peter’s host for his condo. Carlos met us at the gate, helped us check in, got all of our bags out of the car, went up to the condo with us to make sure we had no issues getting in, showed us everything we needed to know. Checked in with us the next day to make sure everything was okay (so did Peter) and then came by when we were ready to leave and got all of our bags loaded up and back into the car. Absolutely great long weekend ! Couple of favorite places outside of the resort – Wrecked at the Reef for dancing, Chef Mickey’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner (you can hire Chef Mickey to come and cook at your condo if you have a special event you want to celebrate), lunch at The Club at Isla del Mar golf course (play 9 holes), dinner at Al Capone’s. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Peter’s condo. It was wonderful.
