Two showers and only one with hot water. Two bedrooms and one did not have working lights or fan. Overall the location was amazing and rooms were clean but not having a working fan or two hot showers was a bummer.

A little disappointed in the check in process. We arrived only one hour prior to official check in and were told we could not enter our condo. We had to change in the lobby bathroom and hang out at the pool for an hour at which time the condo was "ready". This is odd because every day we were there, the maids came at 10-11 in the morning. We were also there at a time when the resort was literally at lowest capacity imaginable...hard to believe there was a legit reason the condo wasn't "ready".Wifi was good. Parking was good and it felt very safe there with the guard house, roaming security guards and gates.Didn't have any liquid dish soap to wash dishes and no laundry soap...this was a little disappointing. We bought large bottles and left it there hopefully to help out the next tenants.Location awesome and grounds were meticulously kept by the staff.Gym facility was good. Disappointed that they refused to let my husband workout because he didn't have official "tennis shoes" on...he had closed toed shoes that resembled hiking shoes with vented sides. Should have been fine to work out in :(

I really liked the property and the location of the condo, it’s close to the pools and main tower. it was clean and had the things that we needed. The price was reasonably good for being a ground level property. It was clean and everything was working except for a few things that maybe need updated. The sofa bed is not in good shape, it definitely needs to be replaced. It’s broken or just really bent and out of shape. The guest shower lever is loose and needs to be replaced. Despite those couple of things I would definitely stay at that property again. I usually stay at Phase 2, this one is phase 1, which is better for the kids as it’s close to the water slide.

Love the ground floor locations!

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay! Feel very safe at this resort even with a group of only women. Love the close proximity to the lazy river and pools with a 1st floor condo.

Nice to be on the ground floor. Air conditioner in master closet needs some adjusting as it is loud and some small updates are needed but the advantages way out way these minor things and I would stay there again.

Overall, it was a great trip. There was a problem ordering room service, and when you scan the menu option, it only gives you pricing not ordering option which then we could not contact front desk from the phone.

Always a great time at Las Palomas

We spent a few nights for spring break 2025 and had a great time. The beds were comfy. We thought the water wasn’t working for the showers, so we called the front desk. They told us to pull the handle out, that is how it turns on. The kitchen had what we needed. We loved not having to use the elevator. Loading and unloading the car was easy with a parking spot close to this room!

Lack of communication with property manager.

I have book many stays through this app and in this destination. I had pretty good communication at the beginning of my booking with the host Jamie. Upon my arrival I had issues with thermostat located in the master bedroom, it turned out that control of that particular thermostat was broken, I called front desk and also massage the host after reporting the incident. The whole ordeal took 4 hours of my vacation to get resolved. Long story short, a third party had to get involved to be able to fix the thermostat since facilities couldn’t fix it . My issue is that this third party left the door to our condo right wide open while we were out having dinner. We had to call the front desk a reported the second incident, that our condo door was left open and unsupervised . The front desk apologized and while I have kept writing to the property manager trying to keep him posted of everything that went down, we still haven’t gotten a response post three days after our stay.

Beautiful, friendly and cleaner than Disneyland

My family and I spent 4 great days here. We absolutely loved it! The beach and pool were wonderful! Everything we needed was right there. We’ll definitely come back.

Great First Floor Location

I picked this unit specifically because it is just so much easier to get to the pool, lazy river and beach being on the first floor. This specific unit is perfectly located in Phase 1 next to the lazy river. I would have given it 5 stars but there were two things that I'd recommend fixing. First, the sewer smell in the laundry room was bad. You get used to it eventually but something should be done. The second thing is the master bathroom toilet has a high pitched sound for about 20 seconds after flushing. This is not ideal when people are trying to sleep. Again, the place and location is awesome. I would stay here again.
