Summary:

Perfect place to stay right in the middle of the prime tourist area of Rocky Point called "Sandy Beach". You will be in walking distance to the best tourist restaurants, bars and nightclubs, and you will be steps away from enjoying the latest addition to the resort- the SKY Lounge Bar located on the Penthouse level of the E Building. Less than a 5 minute walk away from the beach where you can walk, have your dog, do many activities like jets, paddle board, swim, banana boats etc. The Condo is very comfortable and has two bedrooms plus a sofa sleeper for families. The resort has 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated, BBQ areas, sand volleyball, and putting green golf course.



The Space:

2 bedrooms each with ample closet space. The master bedroom has great views and sliders out to the balcony overlooking the ocean! A large living room with comfortable furnishings and sliders to the balcony looking right at the pool area and the ocean! The condo has an excellent gourmet kitchen and a dining area so you can go out or create meals at the condo. Dine indoors or out on the balcony! The condo has a nice laundry room for your use during your stay as well.

Room was clean with a great beach vibe. The massage chair was a hit for the family after we had a long day playing golf. We always love the amenities at Casa Blanca and how close it is to the beach!

Everything was perfect, pet ares were clean, pools were in great condition. The apartment was very clean and had bo issues with anything. And communication with the host was perfect. Would absolutely recommend and we are definitely staying here in the future.

Nice place. We had a hiccup with one of the showers and the dryer, however, I messaged the manager right away and the problem was fixed promptly. We felt safe on the property, the swim-up bar’s bartender was cool, and the view’s from the Sky Lounge 10 were amazing. They also have an awesome massage chair with a zero gravity option—Amazing!

We had an excellent experience. The condo is perfect for our family and pet. It was very safe and security is outstanding. This location is close to the guard station so vehicles are always watched and secure. The lodging was stocked with everything that we needed. A true home away from home! Overall, we highly recommend this place.

Mini vacation

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodations were good. TVs were a bit difficult to use. The one in bedroom did not respond. Initial information and contact with manager/owner was somewhat confusing. Once the kinks were worked out we had a pleasant stay and would return and also recommend. Thank you.

Crawded of old furniture!!!

Poor greeting service by the current administrato; 4th time in the same complex. I was continuing told over the phone by Alan that i needed to wait until 4:00pm. Eventhough the place was ready for us, but he continued repeating the same phrase check in is at 4:00pm.,until my husband (69 years old) got really upset towards the reservation and welcoming services. Arrived at 2:45 pm from north AZ. Finally, we were able to enter the condo after 3:15 pm. The temperature was over 104F(we are seniors with pets).the administrator will not leave and he showed me where the mup was after he talked the rules and pet expectations. He disclosed private information about who was before and how his dog urinated all over the outdoor furniture.Finally , the master bedroom bed and mattress were a disaster old and noise. We moved to the full bed/2nd room. The furniture in the living room were from garage sale dirty and old. An old desk and an end table + massage chair blocked the free access to the dining area and pathway (no decor) The main living areas were CRAWDED with all furniture 2B204!!! Small room TV did not work missing Batteries. Living room TV very limited. The best of all was the beach and the restaurant service!!! I have pictures.

Overall

Very clean, host was very nice and easy to contact. Perfect location right next to the beach and fairly close to El Malecón. Not to mention it’s pet friendly. Would definitely recommend for everyone especially if you have children or pets.

If you ever want to head down to Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) book this place. It’s amazing location and the amazing host makes it a wonderful stay and it is close to everything, and close to the beach. You won’t regret it.

Stay at B204

We had an amazing time in RP and felt very comfortable in the room. Everything to cook and clean with were provided for outside of food. The room was beautiful, the resort was quiet which was very nice as well. The only “complaints” we have are the master bed being uncomfortable and some of our communication not being responded to prior to our trip. I will say that that communication did not hinder our trip whatsoever. 5 stars!

Great trip

I have driven by this complex many times and thought it looked like a nice place to stay. The complex was working on the landscaping and outdoor spaces so things were not looking the best but I can say they will look lovely once they are finished with the outdoor remodel. They have several swimming pools, outdoor grill spaces and miniature golf course, water ways that flow throughout the property...really beautiful and deceiving when just driving by. Allen, my main contact was immediately responsive. He even offered to come and light the grill for me as the "igniters" were not working. The unit was very clean and welcoming. I would certainly stay here again.
