REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellation of dates, paid deposits can be used towards a future reservation (within 1 year) without fee or loss of funds. There are no refunds provided for cancellations within 60 days, during holidays, spring break, or early departures. Detailed cancellation policies are provided with reservation confirmation.

Disclaimer: Casa de Bella Suenos' maximum guest count is 10, children under the age of 3 do not count towards the guest count and are not required to wear a wristband. Everyone in your party, 18+ is required to present ID at the security desk. One of those ID's must match the name on the credit card used for deposits to prevent fraud. You are also required to physically sign the Bella Sirena Rules and Regulations at checkin. Minimum age for renter is 25. We cannot guarantee the private Jacuzzi will be working during your stay, we make every attempt to repair within a timely matter, therefore a refund or discount will not be provided.
