Located in Phase 2, Cabrillo 104 offers a great patio and direct access to the pool and beach areas. In addition to Cabrillo 104 we own Cabrillo 102, Cabrillo 103 and Cabrillo 106 ideal for big groups and family reunions; we also own and rent other ground floors close by, in Phase 1 and Phase 2.

Loved the location. It was perfect for the kids to walk out and jump right into the pool. And it is just a terrace above the lazy river. Our two kids shared the second bedroom with more than enough space. And parking can be right outside or the elevator to the underground lot opens steps from the front door. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great experience at Beautiful location

Great location with easy access to both beach and hotel amenities. Very spacious with beautiful patio. Well furnished and clean. Overall good condition but little outdated and could use the upgrade. Very pleasant experience snd will definitely be back!

The unit and property were awesome! Ground floor location was perfect as it was close to the pools, ocean, coffee shop, BBQ areas, and parking. The unit had enough space for our family of 5 and was clean. The resort itself is wonderful with friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

It was great. Loved the location so much. The master bathroom door handle was broken at arrival but that was the one and only complain I have but it’s a beautiful stay.

This rental is in a great location, which was definitely a plus. However, the unit itself is in need of significant upgrades. The couch was worn out and had holes, the cupboards and dishwasher were broken, and the master bathroom shower had missing grout. Unfortunately, due to the condition of the space, I would not choose to stay here again unless renovations are made.

Amazing experience

Our stay was fantastic! Being on the ground floor was a major highlight, as it allowed us to step almost directly outside to one of the many pools, and the beautiful beach was just a 5-minute walk away. Our children had a blast enjoying the lazy river and water slide at the neighboring pool. We also loved the coffee shop next door, which became our favorite morning stop. I do have a couple of pieces of feedback: when we used the washing machine for the first time, we found bleach left inside, which unfortunately ruined our dark clothes. I’m not sure if the previous guests left it or if that’s how the washer was cleaned. Additionally, while the kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and dishes, it lacked basic supplies such as salt, pepper, coffee, and sugar. If you plan to cook, make sure to bring these essentials. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo.
