Beautiful Beachfront Villa on the Sea of Cortez

  • This recently remodeled three bedroom, three bath condo has new owners and a new look! On a single level with attached two-car garage, there are two bedrooms and two full baths inside the main house. One bedroom with full bath, detached from main house yet still inside the securely enclosed courtyard, offers additional privacy. Direct beach access with low fenced enclosure in front to keep small dogs (two maximum allowed with additional $100 non-refundable deposit) securely inside. There is a full kitchen, if you feel like cooking, but Manny's Beach Club, Pink Cadillac, and more are all within walking distance if you don't. Attached covered patio deck with gas grill on the beachfront side offers a beautifully relaxing view of the Sea of Cortez, where dolphins and sea lions can often be seen swimming by. Low tide exposes a multitude of tide pools, filled with a wide variety of sea life. Inside, there is internet and a smart TV. Each bedroom and the main living space has its own separately controlled Air Conditioning/Heating unit to allow each guest to choose their comfort level.

We had a bit of a rocky start as the owner was somehow not notified by VRBO that we were coming, despite booking almost 6 months ago, and had begun some renovations. However, he did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and we ended up having a great trip.

Great Stay on the Beach

Older unit with lot's of character. Beach just out the door. Near town and malacon.We got seafood from Jesse's and cooked in a well equipped kitchen. Bring your own spices and cooking oil. We could have used another dish towel.

Right on the beach!

This place is great. The home has two bedrooms and a detached bedroom with full bath. The home is comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with cooking needs. You will need to supply your own cooking spices/oils. And bring your own toiletries. The bathrooms were well stocked with tp and towels but only have trial size shampoo etc to start you off. The owner and cohost are very responsive if you have questions.. I would stay here again. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to breakfast spot and dinner. You would have to drive 5min out to bars and shopping spots. Great stay of all you want to do is really relax on the beach.

Nearly perfect property and amenities

Nearly everything was perfect with the exception of the Internet service which did not work for any of our devices. I would really have appreciated having that service because I needed to do a little work while on site.

Pretty Good

We overall had a good time, and the property itself was pretty nice. The beach was a bit disappointing because it was rockier than expected, but we were able to get in and enjoy it when the tide was up. Checking in was really frustrating because the address kept pulling up different places, and then once we found the right place we didn't know we had to check in somewhere else to get the key. By luck we figured out where to check in because there was no information posted on our account for the property for check-in or check-out. We also didn't have working Wi-Fi the whole time, so that was really frustrating. On a good note, the king bed was super comfy and the house had lots of beach toys-- chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, paddle boards, etc. That was nice. Overall, not bad, but there were some frustrating things that got in the way of having a perfect trip.

Our family had a wonderful time this weekend! Thank you so much for everything! You went above and beyond upon arrival letting us check in early at no extra charge. Always had great communication. The condo is so adorable and stocked with everything you can possibly need from board games to a coffee maker to boogie boards in the garage. We didn’t need to buy anything except food. Thank you again for everything this weekend! Our family made a lot of great memories! Can’t wait to come back!!!

On the beach

Comfortable well equipped on the beach. Great for us and our little dog. Plenty of room for larger group. Everything worked fine, including WiFi. Had pleasure of meeting owner Tracy on the patio. Could not have been nicer. Quickly got assistance from agent upon arrival. Safe and secure. Look forward to returning.

Wow!

This property is breathtaking. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The location is perfect. There’s much around to do in such a small distance and the beach is literally outside. My friends and I absolutely loved this place. I would love to come backz there’s were some minor issues such as there being no iron to use for our clothes, the WiFi didn’t work, the air conditioning in the secluded room was not functioning therefore we weren’t able to make use of it and we were unable to lock the front door due to the lock being jammed. Regardless of these little hiccups, we had a very wonderful stay and it’s not like the issues can’t be fixed. I highly recommend booking here.

Good place to stay Puerto peñasco

Prefect beach house for family or friends vacation to stay in rocky point. close by to everything. Mannys beach club is walking distance. With a bar and food and live music and has a pool . I would like to go back !!
