          Esta increíble casa, Casa de Colores, ofrece cinco dormitorios y cinco baños y es una opción premium entre los alquileres de Rocky Point. Se encuentra ubicado en Las Conchas. Esta espaciosa casa puede alojar cómodamente hasta 10 personas, por lo que es una opción perfecta para familias numerosas.

Disfrutará de hermosas vistas desde casi cualquier parte de la casa. Tres de las habitaciones ofrecen vistas despejadas al mar y acceso al patio. Encontrará que la casa principal ofrece tres dormitorios y tres baños, mientras que la casa de huéspedes adjunta tiene dos dormitorios más con baño privado, una sala de televisión y una cocina americana. La casa de huéspedes tiene un acceso separado que ofrece más privacidad. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama king size y una acogedora chimenea, con acceso al patio. También disfrutará de televisión por cable en la habitación. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas matrimoniales y un baño privado y el tercer dormitorio como una cama queen size con acceso a un baño completo.

Al igual que con todos nuestros alquileres en Rocky Point, esta casa cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesitará para crear sus comidas favoritas. La cocina también ofrece una excelente zona de bar comedor. También hay un comedor separado muy espacioso con capacidad para ocho.

Las áreas de patio al aire libre ofrecen excelentes muebles para relajarse mientras disfruta de las excelentes vistas. Estas áreas al aire libre son grandes espacios para disfrutar de una bebida favorita y una buena conversación. También está a solo unos pasos de las costas arenosas, donde puede dar un paseo nocturno para disfrutar de la cálida brisa del océano.

Truly a haven

Our family and friends have been going to Mexico year after year for 10 years. Beach Haven is one of the favorite places we've stayed. The house is roomy and charming. Well stocked and comfortable. The patio has plenty of chairs, sun and shade. Loved the tide pools right in front of the house.

Awesome!

This house was great! Fantastic location, beautiful views, and the property manager was wonderful. There were 10 of us (supposed to be 4 more but they dropped out at last minute). There was plenty of space for everyone. Would’ve been fine with the additional 4 people too. Masters are great, beds comfy and they all open to patio and have ocean views.This kitchen was probably the best I’ve seen as far as having all the pots, pans, utensils and gadgets you might need. Our kids loved the kayaks that were available and of course enjoyed a banana boat ride from one of the local vendors.My daughter realized on our way home that she had fallen asleep with one of her AirPods in her ear and it had fallen out. Shary contacted housekeeping and they located it and shipped it back to us. Huge relief - my daughter was so happy. Shary was also quick to reply to several questions I sent prior to arrival. It was a great stay and if we ever go back again with a large group I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beach house gathering

Our stay at this beach home was fantastic! It was perfect for our large group, with plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably. Three of the bedrooms had stunning views, and the beach was just a short walk away. We also felt very safe, as security patrolled the area frequently. The town was only a 15-minute drive, making it easy to grab groceries or explore. The host was incredibly responsive and answered any questions promptly. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Beautiful Home with Excellent Location & Views

This house was perfect for our 11 family members. Shari's communication was excellent. The views are spectacular and the stretch of beach in front of the house is awesome for exploring tide pools during low tide and playing in the water during high tide. We would love to stay here again sometime. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Week of fun in the sun.

This property was perfect for my family which included myself, spouse, and six 20 something yr old's. We also had 2 friends and a mother in law stay in the casita attached to the house. This place is fully equipped down to the detail. Towels, crock pot, excellent WI-FI, kayaks, patio chairs, 5 gallon water cooler and grill just to name a few. The owners even gave us a credit for an overnight power outage that was out of their control which affected most of Los Conchos section 2. Shary was great in her response time and accommodated every single request we made. We definitely will be staying there again. Thanks Shary and owners for a great family vacation!

Perfection!

This was our 4th time staying at Casa de Colores! It’s clean, roomy, perfect for a large crowd. The location is minutes away from town, but far enough away to feel secluded. The beach is clean and fairly unpopulated. The only complaint is the refrigerator. It needs to be bigger to accommodate all the food 16 people need for a week, however, it’s not a deal breaker. We will return.

Rocky Point get away

Pretty house, right on the water. Couple of issues…oven didn’t work, no outlets in bathrooms, need to bring extension cords and TV was impossible to figure out for NFL on Sundays. Otherwise a nice stay.

Washed away all of our pandemic blues 2021

This trip was my family’s first vacation post COVID-19, prior to the pandemic Las Conchas has been our go to vacation destination. Obviously we were super excited to get back to a place we all love and look forward to each year. We wanted a place large & comfortable enough to host my family, my cousin and her little ones and my best friend, husband and children. This home was beyond perfect. The main house fulfilled and met my cousins and my family’s needs and the casita housed my friends family. We were able to be in two comfortable spaces in the same home, the patio is where we could all gather and catch up as one family. The kayaks were available to us and made our water time that much more enjoyable. This trip meant everything to all of us, being able to watch the joy and excitement of children experiencing the ocean for the very first time to viewing the beautiful strawberry moon rise and illuminate the sky above the beautiful oceans surface. This was more than a family vacation, this was soul food. If you’re looking to vacation with multiple families/friends this home will meet and exceed your needs. We already look forward to our 2022 Summer Vacation in this little piece of paradise
