"This was a very unique hotel! Loved the old time look and decor! Staff was friendly, our room was not ready at the check in hour, we had to wait another 40 minutes before getting into the room. Our bed was not overly comfortable for us. They supposedly serve coffee till 2 pm, but after that they don’t. No coffee shops close to the hotel. Rooms are nice and unique in themselves, the doors to the rooms are solid wood, beautiful."

"Good breakfast. The guy who makes the omelettes could be more polite, and less aggressive. Room was really nice however I found hair on my pillows and floor which did not belong to me. Beautifully renovated. Nice amenities. The parking situation is pretty bad. Had to find parking in the front of the hotel and the parking in downtown buffalo is pretty bad. "We were a large party in town to attend a BU graduation ( occupied 5 rooms), and made a weekend of our stay and celebration. We were very pleased with our stay at The Mansion. The property, the location, the amenities and the wonderful staff. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Buffalo! Whenever we are back in Buffalo, The Mansion is our go to place to stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"This was the most unique stay I’ve ever had. Completely hands off from the hosts (unless you need anything which they are only a call away) Feels like it’s your home while you stay."

"It was a nice hotel but the hot springs was closed. That was the entire reason for our visit. It was closed three days before our arrival I feel like we should have been notified by Expedia or the hotel since it was a planned closure. Disappointed in the response from the hotel and Expedia. I wouldn’t reccomend this hotel."

"Nice historic house with comfortable common rooms and a great location, close to downtown restaurants and a Walgreens open 24 hours. But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. "

"I asked for a quiet room and the gentleman at the front desk searched diligently to find one. I practically had a wing to myself. Thank you. The pool is small but fits the bill for young kids to play in. The exercise room has what you need: an elliptical, a treadmill, and dumbbells. I only wish that the TV was in a place where I could watch it while doing my cardio.
