"The hotel is in a bad shape, our toilet was leaking so badly, that we had a lot if water in our room...it stank...in iur first room we had lots of bugs and a scorpion... But, the garden is fantastic, there are nice hammocks and lots of animals to be seen (parrots, monkeys, lizards) The staff is really friendly and helps a lot. I guess you get what you pay for. But don't expect the kitchen to be really new/clean. The whole place is old, but has its charme."

"The location and views from the property can’t be beat. The food was fabulous, and the staff is incredibly accommodating. Gabriel and Sandra are amazing servers at the bar/restaurant;and Efrein at the front desk is extremely customer service oriented and very kind to work with. Looking forward to my next visit back at this wonderful hotel!"
