"My family and I stayed a week in Tower 1, and the staff (security and housekeeping) was very helpful and nice. Before we arrived, the host (Alicia) had everything arranged with security and key cards. Her instructions were spot on. We were very tired, so having fresh towels, cold water and AC was just what we needed. The beds were not as comfortable and cozy as we had expected .
