"Great stay with 2 young kids. We had a 1 bed apartment and it was perfect. Breakfast at Sidekicks in WB was great every morning. Kids club was a bonus! Betty did a great job with housekeeping. This hotel may not have the flash of some other hotels close by but it is incredibly practical and they have so many details covered to make a memorable and comfortable stay with the family. Shout out to the friendly valet parking attendants as well, great service every time. "

"We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. It felt unhygienic, especially since they use the swimming pool as part of their advertising to justify the price. The door passcode was hard to see because it goes dim when not in use. It is stated within the house rules for the accomodation, which I did not read as I am travelling on business and treated the accomodation as a hotel. The security deposit is more in total than a 2-day stay. The deposit can be paid via an app called "Paymob", or a bank transfer, or cash. Use of the app led to my bank (a North American bank) freezing my credit card due to suspect activity. I had to resort to...
