"I wish I would have remembered the lady that was in charge of cleaning our room but she was so nice to us! She is an older lady with a heavy accent. She gave my daughter some make up removers and the day I checked out she checked the room for me to make sure I didn’t forget anything. The hotel itself is super nice because the boardwalk is literally right there. I will stay here again!"

"The hotel was in a great location with water views and proximity to the marina. There was no dresser in the room so our clothes(other than hanging) were stuck piled in the suitcase. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"When we arrived around 1 pm as we had checked in with Ezperian. The front desk saw we had checked in but we were told that our room was not ready wouldn't be ready until 4pm. When we returned at 4pm, the room was still not ready. Needless to say, we were upset. Finally, my husband spoke to the manager, who apologized, comped our parking and since we did not get in our room until almost 5pm, he took half off our room. "This hotel did not disappoint. The front desk staff so kind and helpful. Ms Anita answered all my questions when i called in the morning and when we arrived.We arrived Saturday am before check in. They let us park early. This was great it allowed us to enjoy the beach. They called me to let me know when our room was ready 🙂. Our rooms were clean and spacious. We had two rooms family of 8. "We were forced to change our room because it was dirty. The bed sheets were awful, sounds like they didn't change them after the previous resident. The staff were nice and polite. The TV was almost useless. it was from an unknown brand and has nothing on it. We weren't able to connect to our account on platforms"

"Love the fact that property is on the boardwalk. Cannot bear the distance to the beach and the amusement park. Kids love the place. I would given a 5 star rating but would have appreciated if there was a bathroom in the lobby and the parking spaces feel a bit cramped. Otherwise loved the place. Will stay again."

"Place is very nice! Very close to the boardwalk/beach. We barely had to use our car during our stay which was a goal of ours. From the inn to the inlet (large parking lot at the end of board walk), it took us 15-20 minutes to walk. Mind you I was pregnant so it could’ve probably been faster if I didn’t have a heavy load 😂. Love that we got a small bag of ice for free everyday. It fit perfectly in our compact cooler. The pool was small but my kids still managed to enjoy it. Definitely no diving...

"Very nice place, but it needs some loving. Room, view, pools, boardwalk, beach, restaurant all very nice. Our stay did have a couple bumps. 1. AC stopped working for 1.5 days. On this concern i spoke with management (Sara) i was pressed for time ( family and fun) and she assured me she would work to resolve concerns. 2. Toilet issues ( took 2 days, and several attempts) resolved. Upon check out i noticed the bill had been adjusted satisfactorily for me. The place needs some updating...
