"The outside of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired - pot holed car park, paint pealing off the function rooms. Inside is better and our room was perfectly fine - though the bed had seen better days and didn’t provide a comfortable nights sleep. Staff are great - very friendly and helpful. "

"Clean and tidy room in a serviced house with an en suite shower room. Comfy bed, TV, chest of drawers svd a cupboard but no chair or table/desk so had to use my laptop as a laptop which is not ideal when you have done work to do. Good WiFi. No kettle in the room but well equipped shared kitchen downstairs. So, a little Spartan but certainly adequate and uncluttered room. "Great first impressions when we arrived, vety helpful and cheery staff in the spa.Checked in and used the gym. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable & super outlook onto the golf course. We had a pizza for lunch and evening meal in the Oak room which was delicious. The only thing i was really disappointed in, was how miserable the staff were in the Oak room.
