"Friendly staff, very nice service, clean room, different fresh made breakfast every day. Hotel itself was very good and worth the stay even though it was in a bit of outskirt of the main town. For VIP access we meant to receive free airport transfer and room upgrade if available but didn’t receive it. Hotels.com displayed incorrect information and the hotel itself couldn’t assist with that. "

"We had a great stay at Acacia. The location was very central and walkable to shops, dinner, the Charles Darwin Center, and a couple of beaches. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. And the staff was very friendly and helpful, plus a delicious fresh breakfast daily. So glad we planned a couple of days in Puerto Ayora - there are sea lions, tortoises, and marine iguanas all over the place and we spent a lovely day at Tortuga Bay (thanks to recommendation from Acacia staff).
