Relax to the sounds of the ocean waves and view breathtaking sunsets from your terrace! Come soothe your soul in the heart of the Riviera Maya! Premier location, located only steps away from the Omni Hotel and Beach Bar. Situated on one of the best beaches of gorgeous Fatima Bay. Order from the Omni Beach Bar and they will deliver drinks or food to you right on the beach outside the condo. Second floor premium condo in a gated community on a calm, protected bay ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fantastic snorkeling and diving on the second largest reef in the world. Puerto Aventuras is also considered the center for sports fishing.

Beach towels and bottled water are provided, kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots & pans, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven, microwave and a 4-burner stove top. The bed is a super comfortable king size pillow top. Flat screen TV is provided with satellite cable. Two ocean side pools, private beach, grass palapas and beach chairs are provided for the exclusive use of guests.

The town is modern, clean and well maintained. There are numerous open air restaurants (many with live music), shopping, dolphins, manatees, and the only marina in the Riviera Maya. Enjoy the local golf course, or the many other 5* courses in the area, including the site of the annual Mayakoba PGA Classic. No need to rent a car as the heart of the village lies less than a block away! Easy access to the romantic town of Tulum, ancient Mayan ruins, and the excitement of Playa del Carmen.

Whether it's activities you're looking for or just relaxing with your favorite book, we have it all. Many visitors return to Puerto Aventuras again and again, as "there is just no other place like it!"

The apartment have everything we needed and the location, view and the walkability to EVERYTHING in the village made it an outstanding vavation! Our hostess was amazing from the moment we looked online and asked MANY questions, to meeting us and getting to know us while at the beach! I highly recommend this and will be staying here again!!!

Linda was a wonderful host. She was great at communicating and making sure we had anything and everything we needed. The unit was amazing, the view is breathtaking, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. The beach was amazing and the people were all so nice.

Linda is wonderful host and condo/resort fully met all expectations. The view from unit is spectacular and the quiet, tranquil beach provided a truly relaxing vacation not found in other beach front resorts. The resort and surrounding community provided a safe and secure experience.

Let me preface by saying Linda was an amazing host. She is very communicative and a helpful resource for any questions at all. Arrived with a basket of fruit and some drinks in the fridge and a sweet welcome note to boot. The walk to the beach that has a lovely natural reef by the way to snorkel is literally about 30-40 yards to the water. There was alot of seaweed, but man do I tell you the polite staff on the beach worked from early a.m. to p.m. to get rid of it and to keep the sand as clean as they could by raking leaves and any other debris that may have fallen. The unit itself is very cozy and well equipped. We are bed snobs and the bed it what we always worry about when we travel. The bed was very comfortable and having a mini split and fan in the bedroom made for a good night's sleep. She provided all the water which was a true blessing for our water bottles. We stayed on property most of the time pool was amazing!We did venture out because we got talked into going to Akumal to snorkle with turtles and paid way to much. Either go on your own or through viator not the guy that hangs out where the restaurants are. Speaking of restaurants, next time we will stop and get food at the close by market, recommend stopping and getting on the way there. I went to a cute farmer's market on the property Saturday morning and bought tons of fruit, fresh farm eggs and baked bread which was our breakfast every day. Our other meals were mostly tacos and cerveza. Going back in April!

Absolutely Perfect

THE BEST! My Mom and I recently took a girls trip down to Puerto Aventura and stayed in Linda’s beautiful condo… We were absolutely thrilled with the whole stay.The level of thoughtful details Linda provided for our stay were way above and beyond anything we could have expected. From the lovely snacks, to the well appointed kitchen, to the extra towels and linens… We had everything we could possibly need and more!The property itself is also a complete dream! The pictures don’t even do it justice. Waking up to the views of the water, and the sea breezes was magical. The location is absolutely perfect as well. Walking distance to everything, while still managing to feel private and secluded.Linda herself was also so attentive and available for any questions we had along the way, and excellent with communication.We fully and completely recommend this beautiful property for anyone looking for their own piece of paradise while on vacation.Thank you Linda! We hope to come back soon!

Perfect view of paradise

Linda is a wonderful host. The condo has a wonderful view and it's just down the stairs to the beach. Also, a pleasant surprise is how close it is to the shopping and restaurant area. I would highly recommend this rental.

What a wonderful spot!

We could not have been more pleased. What a great spot, right on the beach. Quiet, safe, well outfitted. We got a basket of food, snacks, fruits, and more that was such a nice surprise. A couple cold beers in the fridge. Our host Linda was very responsive and helpful and a pleasure to chat with! Our friends stayed at Villa Del Mar and while newer and fresher, Chaca Hal Al was so much nicer, closer to the beach, more personality. A great location to town. We were really pleased. Just a dreamy place. Hard to leave and come back to rainy, grey March Seattle.

Heaven on Earth

We just left this beautiful condo. The minute we walked in we were all mesmerized by the condo itself and the magical view. The space was perfect for our family if 3. The extra large king in the bedroom was incredibly comfortable. The views!! From the front windows it was like a postcard. Looking at the palm trees and turquoise waters was surreal. One of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. The host is kind and always available to answer our questions..

Everything you need for a perfect stay

Lovely place overlooking a great beach. Very clean property with everything you need for a great vacation. Linda was very helpful with her communication. Easy initial access to the property & helpful advice for a seamless airport transfer with Avelino. It was lovely to arrive to fruit, cakes & a cold beer. The property is obviously very close to a fabulous beach with very good snorkelling. The lovely pool is 2 mins away & was very quiet when we were there. Shops & restaurants are on your doorstep & this is a real bonus as it was nice to see the dolphin’s & manatee as you walked around. If we are in the area again we’ll definitely stay here again, thoroughly recommend.

Amazing vacation and condo

We had an amazing getaway and thoroughly enjoyed staying in the condo. Had everything we could ask for. Host was amazing and was a pleasure to visit with. Local town made us feel extremely safe and had some wonderful restaurants. Hopefully look forward to coming back!

Relaxing at 100%

Our host gave us all the transportation and check-in info we needed to arrive and gain access to our lodging. The property was beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The Vrbo pictures and descriptions were accurate and were very helpful in deciding which property to to rent. Access to the beach and pool were a one minute walk while the shops and restaurants were a five minute walk. We had one of the best vacations ever with fun every day. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

This was a solo trip for me, for 14 days. When I arrived at Linda's amazing Condo right on the beach, I was absolutely stunned at how beautiful this condo is, and the view!! OMG!! This place has been our favorites out of our travels. I can't think of any negatives to this property. The host was amazing and communicated with us throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to help us out even providing a few staples as our flight got in late. Highly recommend. We will be back!!

Absolute Paradise!

The second we walked into the room, it was fantastic! The whole place was decorated in beach decor and the breeze was wonderful. There was a welcome basket that was a really nice treat including fresh fruit and snacks. We had the best nights sleep as well. We will definitely be back!!

Paradise

The condo is ideally located in Puerto Adventuras, on the beach with amazing views and within walking distance to most places. Linda is an amazing host and the place is well equipped and comfortable. There were even treats and some cervaza when we arrived. Look forward to staying there next January.

A little slice of heaven!

This is the most beautiful location I've ever been to! It has the most perfect view, you're steps from the beach and close to all the shops, restaurants and dolphins! The condo was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed to cook our own meals if we chose to. The host, Linda, was amazing! She had a welcome basket with fruit and goodies for us upon arrival, scheduled us the most amazing massages, and was there for us whenever we needed something. 10/10 recommend this place! We'll definitely be coming back!!
