"5 star hotel, downtown Grand Forks, located near the late night adult entertainment. Walking distance to establishments, no worries of getting a DD or having to drive. Excellent Hotel, very clean and my first time. Was rather impressed. I didnt know this Hotel was there. Would stay again im the future, no regrets."

"It was very humid outside and the hotel kept the main air conditioner on 77. Hallways were horrible and humidity floated into rooms and a/c in rooms could not cool rooms. We found old food on the floor and room was very dusty. I have stayed here years passed and liked it. Too bad. I will never stay here again. Breakfast also appeared to have really gone down hill."

"We always stay at SpringHill Suites when we come to Grand Forks and have enjoyed our time there. This past visit, there was a problem with the AC. It started leaking in the room, and there was water on the floor next to the bed. Because it was late and they couldn't get anyone to help, they gave me some towels to mop it up. I should have insisted on being moved to a new room, but we waited until the next morning. Luckily, they moved us to a room on the same floor, but they deactivated our room...
