A equipe é atenciosa, sempre pronta para ajudar com orientações sobre a cidade e transporte. A localização é excelente: dá para ir caminhando até a Cidade Velha e ao bondinho leve, com mercados, cafés e restaurantes bem próximos. Para quem quer conhecer Jerusalém com praticidade, segurança e bom custo-benefício, o Malka é uma escolha...

"Great staff, very friendly and helpful, especially Mary at the front desk in the morning and the guy in the evening (forgot his name, I think his name starts with F). Good buffet breakfast and the people that worked in the restaurant were also friendly. Also Samuel, who runs the gift shop, was great. Location is very convenient for public transportation and right where the Jerusalem Central Railway station is located. Thanks to everyone there that made my stay pleasant."

"Tiny room with enormous balcony. The balcony made the stay extraordinary with the lights of the city, lounge chairs and seating area for a cup of loose leaf tea with a lovely house blend brewed in a glass pot. View of the Knesset lite at night. "
