We count on our travelers to take care of the home and garden:
• Water plants if necessary
• Respect waste sorting
• Empty garbage cans before leaving
Containers are located at the end of the cul-de-sac.

• Respect for the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood
• No parties or parties
• Pets not allowed (for allergy reasons)
• No smoking inside
• Turn off the air conditioning, lights and appliances when leaving the house

⚠️ Cleaning fee and important instructions
Cleaning fee supplement of 80€.
To make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible, we ask travellers:
• to empty the bins before departure
• to put away the dishes and leave the kitchen clean

💰 Deposit
For your stay, a deposit of €500 will be required on arrival.
It is simply there to guarantee the good condition of the house and the equipment.
The deposit will be returned to you in full after verification on departure.
