Projecte Reial Laem Phak Bia

J'ai eu une très grande chambre à prix réduit grâce à Expédia. Personnel adorable et aux petits soins. C'était le jour de mon anniversaire je ne leur ai rien dit, ils m'ont offert deux parts de gâteau.

During my stay, my credit card stopped working, and I needed to make a collect call to my card issuer in Japan. I have experienced the same situation in other countries, and each time, the hotel front desk let me use a phone to resolve it. I had never been charged by a hotel for doing so, so I was surprised to be told there would be a charge this time. I am still unsure whether this is common practice in Bangkok or specific to Capella Bangkok. I have never encountered it elsewhere, even at four-star hotels in Europe. Since Capella Bangkok has been ranked the world’s best hotel, I had very high expectations, which made this experience particularly disappointing. That said, everything else about our stay was truly wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Capella Bangkok.
