"We have been trying to get a refund from Expedia but last I heard no one was answering the phone at the hotel. When we checked in we made our way upstairs and were greeted with a filthy hallway that smelled of urine and poop... there were cats running through the hallway and the bell cart had catfood ..."

"Great location right off the freeway and next to a Cracker Barrel Restaurant. The room was clean, though the smell of cleaner was too strong, especially in the bathroom. The breakfast was basic."
