Sophisticated & Charming Guest Apartment

Situated in the heart of Pleasant Grove, this charming & modern 1,500 sq ft basement apartment makes an ideal space for those seeking comfort, function, and privacy. The living space flows smoothly into the kitchen with its laundry room tucked away from daily foot traffic. The apartment boasts three sizable bedrooms and one bathroom. Its surroundings are equally stellar. It's not uncommon to see our local deer each day relaxing around the property. Additional Pet fee $15/ night.

The space
Guests should be able to navigate one flight of stairs safely.
Space for two vehicles. An additional vehicle may be accommodated, only with advance notice.

Guest access
The entire basement apartment is private with its own separate entrance.

Short 4-day trip

This was an amazing find. I have never done VRBO. And it was an excellent experience. I was able to take my service dogs with me. So it was really great. Everything was spotless. There is a lot of things that were provided to you. It was a great experience. I'll definitely be coming back. The host was super nice and informative and definitely checked in on me and made sure everything was okay everything was just perfect. 10 stars

Nice cute basement

Very welcoming apartment with large spaces plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax a great place for a family to stay if visiting Utah county the host were great to respond to any questions or concerns that we had throughout our stay would definitely stay there again. Previous reviews mentioned a barking dog which made me a little nervous about staying but we were there 4 nights and never once heard a dog.

This is a basement property. There is a small dog in the upstairs unit that barks incessantly. There was some recent renovation, or water damage as there were holes cut in the ceiling near the entrance and in one of the rooms. every single door could use a good spray of wd40. That being said, it was a fine property and accommodated our group just fine.

Light and airy

I was worried about a basement property, but it was light and airy in the common spaces, and cozy in the bedrooms. The space was large enough to be comfortable for our family of 5 and the dog. Great stay

Great and easy stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Just be VERY careful in the winter as the stairs were iced over when we were there and were tricky to navigate. Very easy check in and great communication from the hosts. Very clean and quiet. Thank you for a very comfortable stay!

Very comfortable

This was a very comfortable rental in a safe and convenient neighborhood of Pleasant Grove. It's a little short on utensils (bring Keurig cups if you want to use the Keurig!), but it was a perfectly serviceable place! We'd stay there again.

Basement apartment is beautiful and clean

I would have given it 5 stars, but it can be a bit noisy. Being in the basement, when the dog realizes someone is downstairs, it likes to bark a lot. It is noisy from any activity upstairs. However, it is very clean and new. It was very nice to have a place to stay when we couldn’t be in our house due to fumes.

Clean and nice.

Great place to stay. Only downfall was their dog that barked pretty often. Since it’s a basement apartment you can hear it pretty well upstairs and in the backyard.

Just Perfect!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. We wish we had more time in our schedule to stay longer. It was very spacious, clean, bright, comfortable with all Of the right amenities (including great decor)! It was so much easier then staying at a hotel for our family. We definitely give this space and our hosts 5-star ratings!

Pleasant stay in Pleasant Grove

Owners renovated this space and made it current. Very comfortable beds and great towels. Way better than a hotel. Plenty of room for a bigger family to stay comfortably. Great time!
