"The apartment was OK, BUT there were cockroaches in all the apartment, we called to complain and ask for a refund but they arranged a fumigation next morning, with the fumigation the cockroaches pretty much disappeared, but after around 24 hours we spotted a couple of them again. Very, very disappointed for this situation with the cockroaches."

"It had roaches, both bathrooms needed to be cleaned. the Air B&B had roaches. We only had one blanket and the fitted sheet on the bed should have been thrown out because of the condition of the sheet. It was not up to my standards as for being cleaned"

Few stuff was missing like washer and dryer, with a baby, washer was a must. 1/2 elevator was off must of the time, its was frustrating to wait to access to our room at the floor 30 because of the elevator. We where not treat like guests at all. Checking process was long and not professional. The only positive point was a bed for our baby that was provide by staff."
