"Desgraciadamente hay una falta de mantención general de la Villa, seguramente debido a que está a la venta! En efecto, el techo del comedor y Living o estar exterior se llueve; la cancha de Tennis no es posible utilizarla, por falta de mantenciones; el agua caliente en algunas habitaciones alcanza para una corta ducha y solamente en la mañana; incluida la master bedroom, donde también faltan ampolletas y por tanto iluminación adecuada. "We had a beautiful and relaxing vacation at this beautiful hilltop home. The kids lived in the pool and my husband and I enjoyed reading and looking at the amazing views. Ramon was helpful with anything we needed. We rented a car and it was a short ride to so many beautiful tropical beaches! We also had a wonderful vegetarian meal cooked by Albine the housekeeper!! It was better than all the restaurants we ate at! Hands down recommend having her come and cook for you one night."

"So first we couldn’t find the villa, even the doorman of the community couldn’t help us, when we did find it, they wouldn’t want to give us the key, saying “they didn’t know we were coming”. We had to wait for someone to come and give us the keys after complaining. The villa is beautiful tho, the pool water was extremely cold, so we couldn’t get in it. To check out, we had to call them to come get the keys and they didn’t even know “we were leaving”. They thought we were leaving 3 days after. "
