  • This spacious 1 bedroom apartment is located in a charming antique home in Provincetown's East End Gallery District. The first floor unit has natual light, beautiful pine floors and high ceilings throughout. Off the living/dining room are the bedroom, newly renovated cozy kitchen and remodeled bathroom. Large exclusive patio off the kitchen, AC throughout. Path to beach directly across the steet! No on site parking but, a lot a block away charges reasonable daily/weekly rates.

Weve stayed in the same unit on the second floor in the past. Fun, cozy space. LOVE the bump out, great for people watching. No need for a car, close to everything. Perfect getaway.

452 what can I say? We had a love affair that lasted a week, which for Provincetown is quite a lovely length of time. I hope to make you a regular layover when in town 🌈💜 The private patio was so completely beautiful and perfectly placed on Bangs. The seats on Commercial also perfect for interacting with people walking by (& dogs, specifically Maize & Calvin the local Brussels Griffins). I thought the walk into town also was great as not too close to the noise and still perfectly walkable. Parking is the only concern but I was able to secure ahead of time for the busy Carnival week. Best of all was communication with the host. She was so accommodating and a joy to have as a host. Thank you again Provincetown for being my second home for over 25 years 🌈

Another great stay in ptown

We have stayed here for the past few years and always have a great time. Such a perfect location and some really nice updates made our visit a blast. We enjoyed grilling and hanging out on the private back deck in the evenings. Can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect place for myself, dog, and friends. It’s a nice size with a decent kitchen setup. The back patio was also lovely to have. Communication was crystal clear and there were no issues during our stay whatsoever. I’ll be back!

Loved it

Just a perfect one bedroom and location. The back porch is perfect! Fun for people watching, grilling and people stopping by! I also loved how easy the recycle/waste accessibility. We hope to stay again!

Great location and amenities

Maryann was excellent at providing needed information and kept in occasional contact during our stay. The home was well appointed with some unexpected items, such as beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
