Perched atop a classic Cape Cod home in Provincetown’s highly sought-after West End, this fully renovated 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo blends high-end design, coastal charm, and unmatched comfort. Whether you're visiting to explore, relax, or reconnect, this top-floor sanctuary offers the ideal setting — complete with three private outdoor decks, including a stunning rooftop terrace overlooking the harbor.

The Space
Recently renovated in 2023, every inch of this home has been curated with premium finishes and thoughtful details. Expect furnishings from Room & Board, Crate & Barrel, and Pottery Barn. The open-concept living room includes a gas fireplace, Sonos speakers, and a queen memory foam sleeper sofa for guests.

Gas fireplace, King Tempurpedic hybrid mattress, Ralph Lauren linens, Kohler rain shower, Nespresso machine, Toto toilets with bidets, and Sonos speakers- this unit has all the amenities.

Full- car garage for easy parking can be used with approval ahead of time. Dogs/Cats are welcome, $250/dog, max 2 pets allowed. All pets must be pre-approved with owner.

The front and back yard is shared with the 3 other units.

This unit has 3 private decks.

We had a fabulous two weeks at Sailor's Sanctuary with our pup, Henry! The place is gorgeous, with lots of windows and light and a great cross breeze. We made use of all three decks, following the light and sun from morning coffee to evening drinks. It's amazing to have three to choose from. The views from the roof deck are spectacular, and we loved hanging out up there on the comfy sofas.You can't beat the location. Relish is right there, and Sal's. It's easy access to the beach, with public paths all along that stretch of Commercial. The closest one is just a couple of houses over. At low tide, Henry loved running way out to romp with other dogs. He made lots of friends.The backyard is stunning -- very deep and beautifully maintained. There's a bike rack off to the side, and with the yard totally hidden from the street, we never worried about bike locks. The owner, Michael, was always available and very responsive. He's got instruction videos for using everything around the house, which we found very helpful. Navigating entry and checkout were a breeze. Definitely a topnotch experience from start to finish!

A Perfect 4th of July Week Stay in Ptown’s West End!

We just stayed at this amazing 1-bedroom gem in the West End of Provincetown for the 4th of July week — and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space is cozy, clean, and beautifully styled with just the right mix of beachy charm and modern comfort. The bed was super comfortable (a must after long days at the beach and nights on Commercial Street), and the private outdoor space was such a peaceful bonus.The location is unbeatable — tucked into the quiet, picturesque West End but just a short stroll to all the action, restaurants, and galleries. We loved waking up and walking to the bay or grabbing coffee nearby. Our host was friendly, communicative, and clearly cares about the guest experience. Everything felt effortless — from check-in to check-out.Whether you’re heading to Ptown for Pride, a romantic getaway, or some well-deserved R&R, we highly recommend this spot. It was a beautiful home base for an unforgettable week.

A Little Piece of Heaven

This place was perfection! The location is ideal…close enough town but still peaceful and quiet in the West End…my favorite part of Provincetown. We loved the three decks and lush backyard. And host Michael is amazing! Check in was easy and he provides multiple helpful videos with instructions on how to use the television, laundry, etc. And an added bonus is that this place is pet friendly! I appreciated that host Michael frequently checked in — he is a gem! Loved our entire experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this gorgeous house! The space was beautiful, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The roof deck was a true highlight — we spent so much time enjoying the views and the sunshine up there. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the beach and close to everything we wanted to explore. Communication with Michael, the host, was seamless from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend — we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Place!

The condo is very beautiful and in a perfect location. So much natural light and a very large, beautiful garden to look at. The parking garage fit our SUV just fine (I was a little worried) and Micheal was a very gracious and responsive host. We will book again!

Perfect stay

My partner and I had a lovely experience at Michael’s place. Not only had he thoughtfully designed the space for comfort and ease so that we had all that we needed already provided, but he was attentive throughout our time at Sailor’s Sanctuary to make sure that we had the best possible stay. His virtual tutorial highlighted the specifics of the space clearly and efficiently. We have stayed at various homes in Provincetown over the years, but agree that this is the best - a true gem!

Wonderful spot in Ptown

The property is tucked away from the hustle of Commercial street, yet easily accessible by a 3 min saunter up the road. It is comfy, clean, and exactly as advertised. The bed is very comfortable and the shower and toilet(s) were amazing. Michael provides so many basic necessities in the kitchen and bath as well as access to laundry! The rooftop patio is lovely. It is a bit difficult to access if you have any mobility restrictions, but it's more of a bonus anyway. Michael was incredibly easy to communicate with. Can't wait to return!

A wonderful apartment with roof top terrace and sea view

We felt very comfortable in the apartment right from the start. It is very cozy, nicely decorated, well equipped, and very clean. Michael provided us with all the information we needed and was always available. We loved sitting on the roof terrace and looking out over the sea. The apartment is very central and at the same time quiet. Ptown is a great place that offers everything: good restaurants and bars, fantastic beaches, and lots of small stores and galleries. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Michael.

Our Happy Place

We just spent a week in Provincetown, our happy place. This property was fabulous. It is bright, airy, and clean, with a fabulous top deck with spectacular views. Michael, the host has done a wonderful job thinking about everything a guest would want, and if you need anything he delivers. We asked for a tea kettle as my wife is a Brit and within an hour we had one. Our time there was very special. We look forward to returning in the future.
