It is just steps from Commercial Street, shops, galleries, restaurants, nightlife, and beach access. People watch from your private patio. The bedroom has extra-large closets. This condo has all of the comforts of home including a full kitchen, A/C, and one deeded parking spot right in front.

Rob is an excellent owner and great communicator. The location is perfect for access to commercial st and easy access to property. The unit was well furnished and beautifully decorated. Having an off street parking right in front of the unit was a huge plus. I would highly recommend!!Jim

It was just amazing and as advertised, we were even able to check in a few hours before the 4pm check-in time. The location was just perfect and our host was very responsive. I highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Provincetown.

Great place, perfect location!

This is the perfect place for a long weekend getaway! Parking, close to everything, a great space, and the host is extremely communicative and welcoming. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in PTown.

Perfect Place in PTown

This property was exactly as listed. Beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. Perfect place for a single traveler or couple. Rob was communicative and friendly and the check in and out process was simple and painless. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location could not have been better. The condo itself was clean and modern. We will definitely look to stay here again for our next trip to Provincetown!

Amazing location off of Commercial St, close to all the action yet quiet for a good nights sleep. Easy check-in, clean, and great communication from the host. Well stocked kitchen for preparing small meals - we enjoyed coffee/breakfast on the front patio and made lunches for the beach. Quick walk to all the hot spots. This was our first time in Ptown, and will definitely be back!

Great location and great condo

The condo is a very comfortable, new and overall well renovated unit with all the conveniences you need to enjoy a stay in P town center. The location is very convenient too I will highly recommend to anyone that wants to relax and enjoy also the quite side road

Great stay. Small space, but well planned out and well-appointed. Perfect for the 2 of us. Loved the little deck outside for afternoon refreshments after the beach. Located just off Commercial St. and a five minute drive from Herring Cove Beach.

The apartment is in a great location. It is exactly as advertised. In great shape, clean, well appointed. The owner super nice guy who is very easy to communicate with. Plan to stay there again soon.

We booked a last minute week in Provincetown to enjoy the 4th of July week with friends. We were pleasantly surprised that the place was available and it was exactly what we wanted !Centrally located, walk to all activities, nicely maintained and clean. All of the features were exactly like the listing detailed.
