Prime location tucked away on one of Ptown's prettiest streets near the center of town! This historic 1BR/1BA condo has numerous recent renovations. It is just steps from Commercial Street, shops, galleries, restaurants, nightlife, and beach access. People watch from your private patio. The bedroom has extra-large closets. This condo has all of the comforts of home including a full kitchen, A/C, and one deeded parking spot right in front.

This property has so much to offer. It is extremely clean and very up to date. The furnishings were comfortable and contemporary. So much more than you would expect. It is in the middle of a quiet street but walk just 50 feet and you are part of the culture of Commercial St. So close to restaurants, clubs and shopping. You can walk most everywhere. A real bonus was an assigned free parking space. We hope to be able to stay here next summer. Communications with the owner, Rob were easy too. Thanks Rob for making our vacation great.

Amazing location off of Commercial St, close to all the action yet quiet for a good nights sleep. Easy check-in, clean, and great communication from the host. Well stocked kitchen for preparing small meals - we enjoyed coffee/breakfast on the front patio and made lunches for the beach. Quick walk to all the hot spots. This was our first time in Ptown, and will definitely be back!

Perfect Place in PTown

This property was exactly as listed. Beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. Perfect place for a single traveler or couple. Rob was communicative and friendly and the check in and out process was simple and painless. Will definitely stay here again!

This was our 3rd time in this condo - with the 3rd different owner. It's always a great place to stay and everything has remained consistent and solid each time we've rented here. Rob offers a beautiful home very centrally located, complete with a parking space and air conditioning, and a gorgeous high-end kitchen for those who like to cook. Will definitely be back soon!

We were pleasantly surprised that the place was available and it was exactly what we wanted !Centrally located, walk to all activities, nicely maintained and clean. P-town Holiday

Robert’s property is located in an absolutely perfect spot. Parking is provided. Heads up. Spacing for your auto is tight. Your bed is half a block off Commercial St which ensures privacy and lack of noise. The nicely appointed space is adequately sized for two guests. If I had to nitpick, my preference would have been for a firmer mattress. You would have to search long and hard to find a spot offering more for your dollar than Robert’s place.

When checking in I found the property had not been cleaned. After contacting the host he immediately contacted the cleaning company and they were there ASAP. He also gave me a generous refund for our inconvenience. Definitely would stay again if available. Awesome location.

Great location (with parking!)

The unit had major advantages and also minor liabilities. The greatest advantage was its location just off Commercial Street, no more than 10 minutes walk from the piers, shops, and restaurants. We were able to walk to everything - the Pilgrim Monument, shopping, eating, people-watching, whale-watching. It also was one of the few rentals that close to the center that also had a parking space. The amenities had been updated - large recent refrigerator, gas stove, excellent TV, responsive heating/cooling unit, shared washer and dryer available. (Very trivial - there was an iron but we never found an ironing board.) The host (Rob) was excellent - helpful, friendly, sending detailed information in advance, answering our calls on the first ring. Liabilities: One liability we had thought of as an advantage - the unit is on the first floor, which means fewer stairs - but first floor raises privacy issues. We felt we had to keep the blinds down. There is no view at all anyway - only parked cars on both sides. The location (with parking) made up for a lot. Rob made up for a lot. Perhaps "lack of view" and "street-level unit" could profitably be added to the VRBO description.

Amazing Stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo in Provincetown, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean, spacious, and well-appointed the space was. The décor is modern yet cozy, making it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. The location is absolutely fantastic—just a short walk from *everything*, great restaurants, and all the charming shops that Provincetown has to offer. Despite being so close to everything, the condo itself is a peaceful haven where you can unwind after a day of exploring. The bedrooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with high-quality towels in the available closet. The host was responsive, kind, and helpful, providing great recommendations and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The attention to detail really made our visit special. Overall, this condo exceeded all my expectations. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo retreat, this is the perfect place to stay in Provincetown.
