This beautifully maintained two-story condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm—just minutes from Commercial Street, the Monument, and the Ferry.



First Floor:

Step into a spacious, sunlit living area featuring gleaming hardwood floors, a brand new leather couch and loveseat, and a flat-screen TV. The living room opens to a private front porch and a cozy patio, ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A queen-size pullout sofa bed offers additional sleeping space. The gourmet eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home—including a lobster pot—along with a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and all necessary cookware. A full bathroom and a brand new washer/dryer unit add to the convenience. The back door leads directly to your assigned parking space.



Second Floor:

Upstairs you'll find two spacious bedrooms, each with brand new mattresses (as of Fall 2022), skylights that fill the rooms with natural light, and flat-screen TVs. One bedroom features a king-size bed, the other a queen, both with hardwood floors and air conditioning for ultimate comfort.

This centrally located retreat puts you in the heart of Provincetown, just steps from everything yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and privacy. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or an unforgettable week by the sea.

The condo is clean and spacious and within easy walking distance of anywhere you want to go in Provincetown. The property is pet friendly, so we were able to bring our cat with us. She loved basking in the morning sun in the bay window. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will be back!

A large PTown property in a quiet part of town. Great space and a treat having two floors in a detached property. The property has everything you need and the Host is super helpful and responsive, even when there was an issue in the middle of the night. The property is a little back from the main areas, which is great, the road for walking is a little busy with traffic. Only thing to note is the property could do with an update cosmetically but otherwise a really great find!

Nice place. Quiet location. Short walk through nice neighborhood to get to Commercial St. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was good. Easily able to find everything we needed. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Perfect spot!

We had a great weekend at this condo! It was spacious for 4 adults and very comfortable. It was extremely clean. Host was easily and quickly reachable with a couple of questions. It was in a good location and walkable to downtown. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

Amazing location

The house is perfectly situated a few blocks from Commercial Street and a very short drive to the beaches. The house is roomy and comfortable and nicely decorated. My husband and I had a fantastic 5 days staying here.
