Beautiful Free-Standing Cottage, In The Heart of Provincetown.

  • Beautiful freestanding cottage, which allows for “Social Distancing”, in the heart of Provincetown; a quick .5 mile to town center (Commercial St.)

    This cottage was completely renovated in 2019 with the utmost care and craftsmanship. In 2019, living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom, housing and fencing were newly painted.

    Inside, you will find a meticulously maintained 400 sq ft home. The half cathedral ceiling with two skylights floods the interior with natural light. The kitchen has brand new 2019 stainless steel appliances, refrigerator and dishwasher. The 5-burner gas stove is from 2005 and brand new (2018) washer/dryer.

    Two sets of beautiful french doors and many windows allow for circulation of fresh ocean air and an open air feel during those inspiring Ptown evenings (or privacy when it’s time to settle in). One set of french doors lead out to a 400 sq ft deck that acts as an additional living room, complete with new patio furniture, grilling station and an outdoor shower(2019). All of which is surrounded by a private fenced-in yard.

Such a lovely place. The yard and patio were perfect. We spent so much time enjoying that ( it helped that the weather was sunny and in the 70’s). Inside is equally lovely. Great location too.

Great location yard and deck too??

It’s always fun to stay at wild blue yonder. It’s a great space with an amazing outdoor space as well. I love the indoor outdoor feel of the cottage.

Always a fun visit

It’s always great staying at this cottage and the host is extremely communicative and responsive to any requests or needs. Having the yard and the deck is an additional bonus that is rare in Provincetown. And the location is great.

Perfect cottage for a long weekend in PTown, with a great outdoor area to enjoy with our pups. Commercial Street is a quick 5 minute walk down the street, just a heads up that it's easy to keep exploring and have a 20 minute walk home.

Sweet place

Great deck , fenced in yard and comfy outdoor furniture . Very clean , nice appliances , dishes etc..in the kitchen , very comfortable bed , New tile shower . Great location for walking into town . Really enjoyed our stay with our pup Piper .

Ptown Gem

Great little cottage just a perfect distance from busy Commercial Street. Beautiful fenced yard was really a plus for our pup, and the extra outdoor living space is excellent. Nicely updated kitchen had everything we needed for our five day stay. Would highly recommend for a couple or single, and finding a pet friendly location like this was a win.

Great spot! Highly recommend!

The cottage was amazing! It was close to the center of town, near the grocery store, had designated parking spot, and the yard was great! We had morning coffee on the deck daily and our dog loved the fenced in yard. Easy access to beaches and not far from rail trail ( they had a good bike rack available to secure your bike). We would definitely stay here again.

The yard is perfect for traveling with pets!

We stayed here in December, so didn’t get to use the yard much, but it was perfect for traveling with our two Pomeranians. Having a full, well stocked kitchen was also nice since we were staying in the off/shoulder season. Host is very personable and helpful

Three days and three dogs

We had a great, relaxing visit at Keith’s cottage. Everything was clean, cozy and the location is close to everything. We walked everywhere and we were so grateful to have a place to be with our doggies. We brought our friend (we are a couple) who is visiting from Germany and he slept on the couch bed. It was very comfortable for him. Would come back for sure.

Clean, cozy cottage in a great location, so close to everything! Cottage had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Host Keith made us feel welcome and gave us detailed information on where we could find things in or around the cottage. Thank you, Keith!
