A studio unit, on the top floor, is crafted for elegance and function. It makes for a great vacation escape, year-round. There are wonderful water views and tons of light. It’s on the beach and just steps away from galleries, dining, ​and shops. Small private deck with a view of MacMillan Pier. Perfect for solo visits or romantic getaways.

Dining/living area, fully-equipped kitchen, queen bed, bath (with shower), private deck, and mini-split A/C-heat.

Equipped with TV, cable, WiFi, range, refrigerator, blender, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee press, iron/board, hairdryer, ceiling fan, and beach towels.

It is centrally located, quiet, and private. Accessibility is limited (second floor). Non-smoking.

Parking is available two doors down ($20/day)

Great space, great view, great location

I mean, waking up to that view... awesome! The unit is just like the pictures and a big thumbs up for the ease/responsiveness of communication. Definitely recommend, unless it's a time I want to be there in which case I should probably mention the rampaging beach werewolves.

What A Charming Studio!!!

My partner and I made relative last-minute plans to return to P-Town after not being back since before COVID. We've stayed in various places on the Westside and the Town Center before, and this was our first time staying on the Eastside. And we are so glad we found this space! The check-in was seamless. The hosts were kind enough to allow us to check in early since no one was at the Studio the previous week. And after a red-eye from San Francisco and the first ferry ride over from Boston, we were grateful for it. The hosts were super responsive. There was a minor AC hiccup and they had it taken care of quickly. In fact, all communication with our hosts, from booking to departing couldn't have been better. The well-apportioned Studio was perfect for the two of us and our 19-pound Boston Terrier. While small, it still felt spacious. The Studio is flooded with light with an enormous skylight and generous windows. There is a perfect reading nook where I posted up with my laptop to work for a couple of hours a day with a beautiful view of the beach. As a cook, the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare all our meals. At night, the dimmable lighting ensured an even atmosphere light throughout the cozy space. The neighbors were friendly/engaging and we enjoyed taking the private path to the beach for Esteban's daily walks. If we could have stayed more than a week, we would have. And this place is certainly at the top of our list for next year! Ernesto & Thomas & Esteban

Wonderful

First time to the Cape. I traveled alone and felt perfectly safe in this wonderful little spot. It is certainly tiny, but extremely space efficient and thoughtfully appointed. I cooked several meals in the apartment and the only thing I had to supply was the food! It has everything else needed to prep and cook! The view was wonderful and restorative . Yet right out the front door is commercial street in the middle of all the action if you desire that. Close to shops, restaurants, galleries and grocers yet also private view of bay. Even within waking distance to a lovely Yoga studio! Highly recommend.

Nice location

Love the location of this condo, quiet area, great neighbors, beach is steps away. The property was well equipped for dining in or going to the beach. One need only to bring their clothing. My chi's enjoyed the visit as well, they were so comfortable and no anxieties....it was their first outing ever!

Blissful rest

Location location location. We had a wonderful time. We’ve been renting in Provincetown for over 20 years (we should really buy something already) and I have to say this is one of our top 3 places to stay after our recent trip (aug 2022). We loved hitting the harbor beach everyday with our dachshund, Nacho. The unit has umbrella and 4 beach chairs. It was perfect. Close to town but far enough away to ease into the crowds as you walk west. The sunrises were epic from the comfort of bed and the sunsets were magical from the small balcony. The lighting in the unit is so nice and warm. Nighttime relaxing was so needed and appreciated. Owners were perfect communicators. Not too much but just enough to know they’re there if you need anything (we didn’t!). Would def book again! Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful views/adorable

The place is exactly as listed and is adorable! Views are spectacular, located directly across from Strangers and Saints. Steve was very easy to work with and responsive when we needed anything. A bonus was how lovely the neighbors in the complex were. Wonderful trip!

Perfect!

Very efficient bright and modern place, view, kitchen, bed and bath all in one! Quiet even tho in town. Restaurants next door and across st. Great! Beach grass path to the bay beach out back. Wake up to the sunrise!

nice little studio in a fantastic location. Close to downtown but not so close that its loud all night. A path right to the beach from the the door is also great. Easy to deal with property manager made for a fantastic stay!

Simple and Perfect

This was the 2nd time we had stayed at this property. Great location right on Commercial St and the Bay is right out the back door. The property is set up perfectly, great views, sunrises in the morning and very comfortable.

Great East End studio

We had a great time staying at this bright studio right on the water in the East End. Being able to see the water and boats in the harbor even from the bed was a special treat. Steve was responsive throughout our stay for any questions, and we loved being able to start the day jumping into the water before biking around town.

Amazing light filled space with beautiful views

Property was listed accurately. Perfect place to stay and would definitely stay again. On busy Commercial St but off the street so it’s private. Great access to the beach. Easy for the dogs, as well. Nicely designed and a great place to hang out when weather got a little grey.

Great Location; Great Hosts

While the pictures of the property are compelling, the experience was even better. The unit is perfectly situated in the near East End on commercial street with a private walk to the beach. The unit has amazing views of the beach and harbor. All of the windows do mean you may wake up with the sun, but the open windows and/or AC provided a perfect beachy coolness while we were there. The door lock system utilized a phone app which made it incredibly easy to come and go. They do allow small dogs and there is an unofficial dog meet up right at the beach in the morning, which was awesome. After our little pup was barking quite a bit in our absence early in our stay they let us know some neighbors had (rightfully) complained. We were mortified that this happened but the owners were understanding and supportive. We adjusted our plans so our dog wouldn’t be alone and had a great week since so many places in Ptown are dog friendly and because the rental had a great set up for in-unit dining options. Highly recommend.

Our new favorite spot in P Town!!

We cannot say enough about this rental. It is even cozier in real life than it appears in the photos, if that is even possible. The views are spectacular. The kitchen is updated and we had a blast making a few dinners at the apartment during our stay. The most beautiful beaches are just a short (7 minute) drive from the apartment. This is simply the best rental we've ever visited and we can't wait to return!
