Escape to our welcoming condo in the heart of Provincetown, steps away from the ferry and all the action. Relax in the spacious living room complete with fireplace (during winter), cook a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, and drift off to sleep in the comfortable beds. You can also enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails on the private deck, or have an evening soak in the hot tub with beautiful views of the Monument.

The condo is located at the end of the Bob Gasoi Memorial Art Alley between Puzzle Me This and Shop Therapy in the heart of the business district, yet removed from the noise and traffic of Commercial Street. The condo features hardwood flooring, new furnishings, newly renovated kitchen and full bathroom, as well as a primary bedroom with king size bed, guest bedroom with full/double bed, fireplace, and dining area. Both bedrooms also feature work spaces equipped with monitor and keyboard/mouse.

The outdoor space features views of the Pilgrim Monument, a deck and patio with lots of seating and dining options, a grilling area, hot tub, and space to park bikes.

There is no parking onsite but we are 2 minutes away from the McMillan Pier parking lot. It's a town-operated lot that uses a 'pay-by-plate' kiosk system or tickets, and you can find the most current rates on the official town website

Inside: there are two internal cameras that will be disabled throughout your stay (for additional privacy, you can turn them around, unplug them or use the privacy covers at your arrival)
Outside: there is a camera monitoring the front door (doorbell). It will be on by default for security reason. However, it can be disabled on demand before you arrival or at any time during your stay
