Experience the magic of Turks & Caicos in this 4 bedroom house in Long Bay Hills just 5 minutes walk from Long Bay beach. A cool big open plan space that invites rest & relaxation to accommodate 8 people (stretching to 10 with a sofabed in the tv room). Ideal for a family with kids or a group of friends looking to relax. Open plan kitchen, dining, living and tv/play room. Enjoy the 15m lap pool as well as outdoor child/adult jungle gym with playhouse and trampoline. Option to additionally rent the studio annex - Loggerhead.

The property is located on a 1 acre plot in quiet, green Long Bay Hills. The property consists of the main house (this listing), a large studio annex and a two bedroom duplex. The duplex is off the side and very private from the main house with it's own separate entrance and parking.

The pool is shared with the other 3 guest houses on property, however it lies in front of and is "part of" the main Windward House about which you are enquiring. Only you will have 24/7 access to the pool and patio, which is out of bounds to the other guest houses from 7pm to 7am.

The villa was perfect for our group, two families of four. The moment we entered the house, we felt at home. This place is very welcoming and warm. We had no problem finding it as the owner took great care in explaining how to get there. The house was very clean and had everything we could need. From the second floor balcony, you can see the beautiful turquoise water. It is a short and easy walk to the beach which is beautiful, quiet and great for the morning walk. We all loved this place and I would highly recommend. During the day you share the pool with other guests but this was absolutely not a problem and most of the time we had it for ourselves. Great barbecue and great kitchen. We really enjoyed our time there and would go back with no hesitation.

The house was spacious, nice kitchen, we enjoyed the pool and the proximity to Long Bay Beach, and the easy drive to Grace Bay Beach. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but the host did a great job communicating. Overall, a great stay!

Beautiful home

This property was perfect for us. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s a little off the beaten path, so it’s quiet and peaceful. The master suite has a beautiful view with the ocean at a distance and the balcony overlooks the pool. The house was very homey and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. We had a great time in T&C.

Beautiful house!

The location was great if you wanted to be away from Grace Bay. The walk to Long Bay Beach is 7-8 minutes- quick and easy. Quick drive to Grace Bay and plenty of parking. It was just what we needed for our group. I would have loved to have had a vacuum cleaner at the place though- much easier to clean than with a broom!

Nice property overall but some caveats

Nice home and quiet neighborhood. The host was kind and quick to respond when there were issues with fan and AC. Unfortunately on island roaches come inside when it rains so beware if traveling during rainy season.Two notes for travelers with minors:1)We weren’t keen to have the host visiting on property to do home upgrades while we were there. 2) Wouldn’t want to share pool area again (different occupants in adjacent home). Nice home but robably a better option for an all-adult group.

Spring break March 2024

We had an amazing time. The house is large and accommodated all 6 of us very comfortably. There is a room on the main floor that has a pull out sofa bed that works well as a bedroom. We enjoyed the screened in porch for morning coffee as well as the pool area. The house is well stocked with everything you might need and it’s only a short drive to dining and the beach. If you have a large group this house is perfect. We even got to see the famous JOJO the dolphin.

Windward House

We just wanted to share how amazing our stay at the windward house was. From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcomed. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay, and their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Plus, the property had the cutest kittens roaming around, adding an extra touch of charm to the whole experience. The place itself was super clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Lovely home close to beautiful quiet beach

My family of 5 had an amazing stay at Windward House. The house is very well appointed with tons of space including a huge kitchen, family room, veranda and four large bedrooms including a massive primary bedroom and en suite. The house had A/C in every room. It was a short 5 min walk to a beautiful secluded beach (almost felt like our own private beach) and could walk for miles on this beach.
