We arrived and immediately there were issues:Trash cans were overflowing and smelledPool deck area had horrible smell, discovered a decomposing cat which Mgr had removed next day.Numerous tiles around pool were falling into poolUnder sink kitchen cabinets would not closeBathroom sink was unusable with sticker on it (unit 2) Shower leaked in unit two on steps causing a fall and bruised backsideUnit three top level shower leaked into 2nd floor bathroom. Repair person came and patched said to wait 12 hour before use. Used after 12 hours and it leaked again causing a waterfall in the bathroom below creating a mess and ruining daughter in law's makeup. Ceiling had large hole, repair person said ceiling and pipe needed to be replaced. Both bathrooms out of commission. Wall sconce did not work and there was no stopper in tub for bathing babies. Unit three master bed mattress cover full of stainsUnit 4 master bed had a broken support so mattress sunk in middle. Numerous window shades were inoperable.Outdoor hose for rinsing off after beach time did not work, reported and never addressed.We have pictures / video of waterfall in bathroom

Familymoon 2025

We had a family of 15 and rented all 3 units so it was amazing for all of us to be together yet have our own separate condo. We loved the area and how it was just a short walk to beautiful Leeward beach. Our kids loved being able to swim in the pool whenever we were there. It was great being able to have family cookouts and grill but I do wish that the units were a little more equipped with kitchen items. Our unit didn’t have any baking pans so we had to borrow from another unit and one unit didn’t have a toaster and they all needed more coffee cups instead of tea cups. Other than that, everything was amazing. Communication with the host was easy and they always responded quickly and provided anything that was needed.Amazing vacation and would definitely stay at Pelicans Nest again!

Beautiful and spacious

We loved our time at Leeward Settlement. We had 4 families with kids & teens who stayed in the entire building (made up of three units). We had plenty of room to all hang out and visit together and also room for each family to have privacy and relax. The management team was wonderful - answering all of our questions and helping with any small issues. Just down the road from a beautiful beach and 2 mile drive to Grace Bay - this is a wonderful place to stay.
