We had the most wonderful 10-night stay at the Artist’s Studio in Providenciales! The views are absolutely stunning and such a dream to wake up to each day. Check-in was super easy, and Iliana went above and beyond as a host—she gave us incredible recommendations for where to go and what to do on the island, which made our trip even more special. She also checked in with us regularly during Hurricane Erin to make sure we were safe and comfortable, which we really appreciated. Her communication was fantastic from start to finish, and it truly felt like we were well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or spot to enjoy our time on the island. Highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated appartment, very spacious, with a wonderful view.Had everything we needed.The only inconvenience was the microwave: I had to reset its outlet almost every time I needed to use it.

Little piece of heaven

This place was absolutely adorable—so cozy and relaxing! Waking up to the ocean view every morning was incredibly peaceful and the perfect way to start each day. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, including some of our favorite little beaches, great restaurants, an ice cream shop, and several grocery stores. You won’t be disappointed if you book this spot—it truly felt like a hidden gem. The hosts were amazing and responded immediately to any questions we had. We can’t wait to come back!

A Perfect stay in PARADISE!

We had an amazing time at this condo in Turks and Caicos. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved the easy access to the pool and being just a short walk from the beach. The view from the balcony, was just breathtaking! The hosts were friendly and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Artist's Studio! It was spotless and Iliana was very responsive & quick to answer any concerns/questions. We loved being away from the hustle & bustle of the downtown hotel area and being able to walk to a quieter beach & to Smith's Reef. It's great to be able to snorkel just off the beach at Smith's Reef! We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying a meal or just reading & relaxing. We enjoyed Mango Reef Restaurant & don't miss a special night out at Magnolia Restaurant-fabulous!

Perfect place for a relaxing week

Studio with balcony overlooking ocean was perfect. We did not rent a car and walked to beach (great snorkeling just down the beach) and restaurants. Very safe area with sidewalk on Bight Rd. MANY steps down to Beach and Bight Rd but we love to exercise so the extra steps helped work off the amazing food and drinks. Great place for a single or couple.

Great Getaway

We did a two week mix of remote work and vacation and all was perfect. The property was exactly as described. Beach access was close, and pools were nice. Though it is not on the beach you see the turquoise waters from the balcony. I would recommend having a car so you can try all the awesome restaurants and activities the island offers, though four great restaurant options are within one mile of the property. Also, there is a good little breakfast place on property. Isha, the property manager, was great to work with if you need anything. She is so warm and friendly when any need arose. Very easy to deal with and reasonable as we are also respectful of the property. We will stay here again.

The place was exactly as described. Clean and great view. The location was perfect, not to close and not to far. The owner was quick to respond and helpful with places to visit. The condo was supplied with everything we needed for cooking. We will come back.

Well-situated, comfortable studio

Nice location, thoughtful owner, comfortable property. Owner very willing to go the extra mile and even brought us yoga mats on request! YouWIL need a car to access main town in the iskand and further beaches and restaurants, though there are several nice restaurants and bars in walking distance of the place. Would gladly return. Be warned, though; island prices astronomical, especially for food.

Charming Studio

This studio had no surprises... The owner was spot on with her description.. amazing view, decorated with care... use of space was delightful... extremely comfortable...you can easily walk to the beach and restaurants. I would give this unit a super plus!

Amazing Time In Providenciales..

Iliana was a great host. I would definitely stay here again. The beach is very close by, the walk was only about ten minutes. There can be a lot of stairs so prepare for that. Loved all the restaurants nearby, favorites were Baci and Mango Reef.

My stay as this Vrbo definitely exceeded my expectations. The place is clean, quiet and beautifully decorated with a breathtaking view. Iliana is an extremely attentive, responsive and compassionate host. She's provides all the little things and necessities that you need to enjoy a nice day at the beach, which is awesome! The place provides a sense of tranquility that makes it hard to leave. I definitely look forward to visiting again!

Clean & Beautiful Condo near the beach

We really enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful condo! We wish we would have stayed here for the complete duration of our time on Providenciales. From the very beginning, Iliana was a joy to work with. I was having issues communicating through my VRBO app. Once I contacted her through WhatsApp, we had no trouble speaking with each other. Her place is quaint (studio condo) but beautiful - it feels like you are at home the moment you walk through the door. The space was perfect for the 4 of us. We didn't spend much time there, but when we did, none of us felt there wasn't room to lounge comfortably. The walk to the beach is a little bit of a trek, but very doable. The beach is quite and very beautiful. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay on the island.

25th Anniversary Vow Renewal

This was the perfect location! The picturesque view of Grace Bay was stunning and a nice way to start our day sitting on the balcony sipping coffee. The condo is in an ideal location that is only a 5-7 minute drive to the beach. The property was very clean and had all amenities we needed to unpack and feel right at home. Our host, Iliana, was very accessible and even offered to stop by when we could not get the television to work. The television worked fine, it was user error! We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and she made us feel special by remembering from a previous chat. Overall, you cannot go wrong if you book this property, it will guarantee you a wonderful vacation on your trip in paradise. May 2024
