Amazing stay! The condo was spotless and had stunning ocean views from the private balcony. Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants in the heart of Grace Bay. The host was very responsive and made check in/out a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again!

This property location cannot be beat. The beach is steps from the resort, never crowded and lounge chairs were always available. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. Daily cleanings, if wanted, were always available. We spent our time on the beach, but the pool looked very nice and lounge chairs were readily available and steps from the bar. The unit itself was very well appointed, the view from the balcony picture perfect and our host was quick to reply.

Our host was super nice and left us flowers and welcome drinks when we arrived! The unit was beautiful and ocean front just like the photos showed. The building in general had a little water issue with water pressure, but that didnt get in the way of an amazing vacation! Would definitely stay here again!

The Villa is very very nice in a superb location and had all the amenities we needed to cook a few meals in and walk to most restaurants and shops in the area. The view is spectacular from the terrace! The front desk staff were welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing with a bar open until 5 for refreshments. The beach in that area is wide and not overly crowded. Perfection - we'd like to visit again!

Simply stellar! Truly a million dollar view from the balcony of this place. Great service from the front desk and especially from the housekeeping team of Dend Beb.Also, a great host: I left my earbuds and the host quickly alerted me that they were found and that they would send them to me. Phenomenal. The place is exactly as pictured. The view from the balcony is so stunning it seems Photoshopped. Perfect villa for a family of four. Very comfortable beds. Dennis and Beb provided outstanding laundry services. My wife and I loved how quiet the property was. Serene, even with a fair number of kids around. The beach in front of Villa Renaissance feels much more private and is less crowded than the larger resorts nearby. Great pool and hot tub.We loved this place! Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing Villa in Paradise! Great location, close to grocery store, restaurants and right on the oceanfront! Beautiful and clean, away from hustle and bustle, with great staff and security at night! Fresh towels daily, beach service, bar on site by the pool! Loved it and definitely plan to come back!!

This is a great location. The beach view is amazing. We had everything we needed. They even have a cart to take to the store to get groceries. We didn’t rent a car because we could walk to everything. Next time I would rent a car just to change it up. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking.

Excellent property.

Villa 206 did not disappoint. It was well stocked and extremely clean for our stay last week. Daily housekeeping was a surprise we did not expect but thoroughly appreciated. Great location to walk to shopping/bars. We took a cab to most of our restaurant reservations. The grounds and beach are beautiful. Excellent communication with property management. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful stay

This was a wonderful trip. The property was very clean and plenty big for two couples. It is the best spot on Grace Bay, in our opinion. Everything was walking distance. Property manager was very responsive with easy check in and check out. Other staff at VR were very friendly and helpful

Great unit in a Great Building

Everyone recommended staying on Grace Bay and I do like the convenience of being in a condo and so VRBO Is a great way to find the perfect place. I couldn’t be more pleased with my find! This unit has everything you absolutely could possibly need. It’s ocean view, the beds weresuper comfortable, and the host had anything you would need to cook or have a rainy day and need to spend it indoors. Thankfully, that wasn’t our case. The unit is unbelievably clean. The young man, Joe, who took care of our unit for the week. Did a fantastic job. That is an awesome service. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff are wonderful particularly the bar service, blue. I would highly recommend this. The fact that you were given beach service and pool service is amazing. We were so thrilled with our experience at the Villa Renaissance. I would recommend it to anyone. Our host , thank you your unit is fantastic. It has everything anyone could possibly need and that was greatly appreciated. We would definitely return to this facility and host.

Awesome Stay!

Our family loved staying in VR206. From start to finish everything worked out seamlessly, from booking through checking out. The hosts were extremely responsive and guided us through our every need, and delivered on several extras as well. Everyone we interacted with, from reception to maintenance to concierge, were extremely friendly and helpful. The unit is beautiful and well appointed, we were all very comfortable and the photos do accurate justice. The deck overlooking the ocean was our favorite part. We hope to be back again soon!
