"Room was freezing and in need of a simple chair. There were pleny downstairs but not in the room. You need a chair to dress and put shoes on. Also when you finish riding you don’t want to sit on the bed. Also kitchen needed a drying rack paper towels or dish cloths. Beds were comfortable and location great. View of falls wonderful. Does the tv work downstairs?"

"After a long drive, having a nice clean room was good. Breakfast was great as well."

"we were surprised by the initial cleanliness of the property. once inside our room it did not smell right so my husband took the filter out of the air conditioner and it was totally black and covered with waste. he cleaned it and took it to the desk help to show and they did not care. otherwise it was nice except that there are no amenities (i.e pool, gym), we would stay there again in a pinch, but otherwise not."

"The staff were exceptionally helpful despite our last arrival. Bravo to the team. The room was tidy. It is showing the normal wear and tear of its age. The A/C worked well but the blower was not whisper quiet. We had a restful stay."

"The building is old, they just repainted and put new flooring. Elevator was very old. Overall clean and decent breakfast. No complaints."

"there is nothing to improve at this property!! we stay here 2 times a year, when we travel north in the summers, and when we return. the town, pronounced with-ville is precious and the log house restaurant a unique treat. they used to be pet friendly, but are no longer. the ONLY issue i have ever had."
